EQUALITY ROCKED!!!!!
He looked INCREDIBLE! GOD! I stayed up from 11pm to 5(!!) am! It was worth it, but I got really pissed when they showed the press-conference instead of the Garth/George duet! George sang PERFECTLY! There's NO reason for him not to let them air this!!! (If he does, then I'll personally tell him what I think of him...) His mouth was dry, he wore THE huge sunglasses - in the middle of the night - and he held his hand up to his forehead like he always does when he's nervous - or talks about difficult matters.
From my point of view:
*Father Figure*

"Thank you! Good evening! My God, it's a whole stadium full of queers! How fucking brilliant! OK... ahm... it's the first time that I've been on an American stage since 1991. So... so I hope ya'll will forgive me if I.. ah... keep a brief rundown of what for any non-George Michael fans out there, and God knows there are a few of you. I hope you'll (??) to tell you what I've been doing for a while. Ahm.. 1991 was actually the same year that I had my first relationship with a man. I was 27 years old. I know the guys must be thinking "How can he go 27 years without a decent shag?" But believe me, I'd been making out for a really long time. Anyway, his name was Anselmo Feleppa. He was a beautiful, warm-hearted, funny human being and I loved him very very much. Unfortunately in 1993 he died of an AIDS related brain-haemmorhage and I found myself in the same situation as so many people here tonight. And... it took a while to get over that. In the meantime, the British press and the international press had a big day, they reported my partner's death and of course my sexuality in their normal charming way. And, althought, actually in America nobody really bothered actually by that part of journalism wasn't taking much notice of it, so... a lot of you people here didn't know about that. But believe me, the rest of the world they did. Ahm, anyway, I thought the best way to respond to tabloids and the international--ah... wrag (?) was to write and sing an album for Anselmo. About loving him and about losing him. And I did that. It took me a couple of years, because it was a kind of a recovery, but..ah... I released it it 1996, it was called Older. And.. it became a --thank you-- it became internationally outside America it became my fastest selling and biggest selling album. I released two singles from it. One was called "Jesus To A Child" the other was called "Fastlove". And even though they were actually both records that topped the charts in Europe for a couple of months at a time, funnily enough no-one here played them. So most Americans didn't get to hear that album. So skip forward a couple of years, 1998 and I find myself performing to what I though was a gay-audience of one. In a Beverly Hills restroom... It sounds so much better than toilet, doesn't it, restroom? And unfortunately unlike this beautiful sight I have before me, he was only PRETENDING to be gay. Which got me into quite a lot of trouble. In fact, I'm still on provation, I'll be on provation for about another six weeks. Ahm... but anyway... I wrote a song about that particular incident which is all about cruising in case you hadn't guessed. And I'd love to play that for you here tonight, but again even though... actually it was the biggest radio-record I've had since the days of Wham!, America decided not to touch it. And... you can draw your own conclusions from all this and I'm sorry for boring you with it all, but I think the reason I had to do it was because a lot of the press and the media in this country - and actually unfortunately even the gay press in this country - (some of them) seem think that I don't have a career anymore and that I'm here tonight to exploit the last remaining George Michael fans there are. (screaming audience) Which actually is complete bullshit, because I'm here to say thank you. And I know that even though I haven't been on the radio for the last nine years in the States, there are so many people in this stadium tonight that has stood by me and I really love them for that. I thank you with all my heart. (screaming again). This song is called FASTLOVE."
*Fastlove*

After that: "Thank you so much. Concidering that most of you have never heard that song, you did very well!" (presenting Corky Hall):"This song is from an album which I released late last year that's called Songs From The Last Century. And... it did pretty well outside this place, but actually came in as the incredible impressive position of 188. So this is for the 6 people who bought it. Ahm... I'd like to dedicate this song to everybody out there who has lost somebody too soon. I'd like to dedicate it to Anselmo and my mother who died about 3 years ago. And I really hope that those of you who relate to it enjoy this. It's called "I Remember You".
*I Remember You*
And of course the duet we poor suckers in our homes never got to hear was: "Freedom90" with Garth Brooks. I've got a copy of the tape now, and I've finally got to hear and see it. Before the duet he said "I have something to say to people who call themselves ex-gay, and that is that you haven't met the right guy... Another thing I'd like to say is that we don't miss you, OK!"

Excuse the mistakes. It's not perfect, cause the recording isn't exactly perfect, but this is pretty much what he said. Hope u enjoyed it as much as I did.
Some More Pictures In The End...

WELL DONE, GEORGE!!!! IT WAS WORTH WAITING FOR!!!!!
