Cover To Cover

Next, I guess, must be Cover to Cover. It wasn't half as big as the Faith tour, but was still huge. This is, however, the last big tour George had. After this he decided to stop doing interviews, stop talking to the press, stop making videos with himself as the main part. Actually, he wouldn't be in the videos at all. The result of this is "Praying for time" which is only the lyrics on a black screen. Then he made "Freedom 90" with the top supermodels in the world. George wasn't to be seen anywhere, but the video turned out great anyway - even thought I did believe in the beginning that the guy hanging from the wall in his nickers was George... I had been a fan for only a few weeks, and had no idea about what I'm now talking about. However, I realised after a while that THE man would not have taken his shirt off in a video at that time. The last video without George in it was "Too Funky". Well, you do see him behind the camera sometimes and in the end, but then again, people are looking at the supermodels, not at him. At least, he thought so. But the fans at that time were SO thirsty for a little of him that they adored the 3 secounds he was on.

"Oh, you hold on to what you can..."C2C "Listen, you guys. I really mean this!"

"Oh, please... give the world love..."
