Hello Port Townsend! All
the cakes shown on this website are just a sampling of my work. I couldn't even
start to count how many I've done over the years. Of course, I can't post all
the pictures, but I will be posting new additions on a regular basis.

I
was the head cake designer and pastry chef at Great Cakes and Edible Monuments in Redmond, Washington. After many many years in business, it has finally closed. All good things come to an end I guess....I mean, look at "Friends".....it's gone too, and they still had good ratings. Unfortunately, unlike Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer, I am not able to just sit back and invest my 1 million plus per episode. On a pastry chef's salary....well....I'll be working til I'm about, oh 100.
So, I got lucky and met this wonderful guy and married him before he could escape. He lives in Port Townsend, so I decided to move here from Kirkland, which is a no-brainer decision. Port Townsend is HEAVEN, not to mention an up and coming culinary mecca. Redmond may have "canceled" me, but I'm going to create my own "spinoff" here in good ol' PT! If your event is on the Olympic Peninsula, I can help you out!
I no longer do cakes in the Seattle area, due to transportation and ferry costs, but feel free to browse my cake photos to get some ideas if you like!
I've also included some links below to some great cake shops in the Seattle area. My top pick is New Renaissance Cakes, I've heard very good things about her, and she was voted best cake maker in the latest issue of Seattle Bride magazine. And if you truly want an "amazing" cake, be sure to check out Mike's Amazing Cakes! So check out the links below, or send me an e-mail! if you have any questions!
