Three Dimensional Cakes
Three dimensional cakes are cakes that have edible artwork on the top. This artwork can be made of chocolate, marzipan, rolled fondant or pastillage. The artwork can be secured to the cake using skewers, wooden dowels or straws. The hardest part is "engineering" the cake for easy portability.
