Scene: The Kitchen in the manor. Leo and Piper are drinking coffee at the table

Piper: Today Iíve got to meet with the publicist for Remy Zero to try to get them to play at P3. What are your plans for today?

Leo: Well, provided I donít get a call from "Them," Iím going to fix the showerhead in our bathroom and then I was planning on meeting you at the club for lunch.

(Piper Smiles)

Piper: That sounds like a great plan to me. (She kisses him)

(Phoebe bounds into the room)

Phoebe: Well isnít that cute? (Piper shoots her a sisterly look) Sorry, I didnít sleep well and I guess I got up on the wrong side of the bed.

Piper: (Concerned) Why didnít you sleep well Pheebs?

Phoebe: I donít know. I had weird dreams. There was one where you and Prue were looking for me but I wasnít lost or anything.

Piper: Premonition-like dreams?

Phoebe: I donít think so. Maybe it was the leftover pizza I had for a midnight snack.

Piper: maybe. I told you to quit eating funky foods before bed didnít I?

Phoebe: (Sarcastically) Yes MOM! Anyway, I have to get to the library to do some research . . .

Piper: But Phoebe, you know I need you at the club to meet the electrician and check out the supplies!

Phoebe: You didnít let me finish. I was saying that I was doing the research early so I can write my paper after I check the supplies and while Iím waiting for the electrician. Why are you so snippy today?

Piper: I donít know. Iíve been moody all week. Iím sorry.

Phoebe: Itís Ok. Say, whereís Prue anyway?

Piper: I donít know.

Leo: She left really early this morning. I was coming back from my run and she was leaving. She said something about a deadline and being busy all day. She said she probably wouldnít be home for dinner.

Phoebe: Nice of her to tell us!

Leo: She told me to tell you.

(Piper gets up to get another cup of coffee, but gets dizzy and steadies herself on the chair)

Leo: Piper, are you OK?

Piper: Yeah, I think so. I was just dizzy for a second. I think I just need to eat something.

Leo: Maybe you should see a doctor about it. Thatís not the first time that itís happened.

Phoebe: yeah, Iíll skip the library and meet with the Remy Zero guy.

Leo: and Iíll go to the club and meet the electrician and check out the supplies.

Piper: No. Iím fine really, no worries. I have too much to do today.

Phoebe: Piper, remember the last time you said you were fine; that was when Arroya fever nearly killed you.

Leo: Iím inclined to agree with Phoebe on this one. Just go and make sure youíre ok, please?

Piper: Fine, Iíll go. I donít see why, but I donít want you two to worry, so Ill go.

Phoebe: Thank you! Alright, so Iím going to the club. Then (smiling) Iíll meet the publicist for Remy Zero.

Piper: I think you want me to go to the doctorís so you can meet a guy.

Phoebe: No, but thatís not a bad consequence. (She leaves)

Piper: I guess Iíd better make an appointment huh?

Leo: Yup. I should get ready to go to the club. I love you. (He kisses her and walks out of the room)

(Piper finishes her coffee and leaves the kitchen)

Scene 2: P3 Leo is waiting for the electrician, Phoebe comes in.

Phoebe: Hey Leo! Howís it going?

Leo: Boring. The electrician has called three times telling me that heís been held up.

Phoebe: Thatís unprofessional. Iím sorry youíve had a not so nice day. I on the other hand had a great day. The publicist was really nice and really good looking. Weíre going out on Friday. Have you heard from Piper?

Leo: Not yet, but her appointment was only an hour and a half ago, so she should be calling soon.

(The phone rings)

Phoebe: Thatís uncanny

(Leo picks up the phone)

Leo: Hello, P3?

Piper: Leo?

Leo: Hi Piper, I had a feeling it was you on the phone.

Piper: Did the electrician fix the sound system yet?

Leo: Heís supposedly on his way.

Piper: Oh . . . I was hoping that you were on your way home soon.

Leo: Is something wrong? Are you sick? What did the doctor say?

Piper: Oh no no no, Iím absolutely fine, totally healthy. I just wanted to see you.

Leo: Oh thank goodness. Say, hold on a second Ok? (To Phoebe) Phoebe, do you think you could deal with the electrician? I think Piper really wants me to go home.

Phoebe: yeah sure. Sheís Ok right?

Leo: Oh yeah, clean bill of health. (To Piper) I can come home right now, Phoebe is here and sheíll stay for the electrician.

Piper: Ok, Iíll see you in a little while then?

Leo: Yup you will. Love you.

Piper: Love you too.

(Leo hangs up the phone)

Leo: You really donít mind?

Phoebe: Nah. I have plenty of homework I can do. Go home to your wife.

Leo: Thanks. (he orbs out)

(Phoebe opens her bag and pulls out a text book)

Phoebe: OK, chapter six, memory. Boy do I hate this class. (She begins to read)

Scene 3: The Manor. Piper is in the living room pacing.

Piper: How am I supposed to tell Leo? Tell Everyone? I canít believe this. I wasnít prepared for this. Ok, I have to calm down.

(Leo orbs in)

Leo: Whatís the matter?

Piper: What makes you think that somethingís wrong?

Leo: Piper, I can see it in your eyes. Sit down and talk to me. Whatever it is, we can deal with it together.

Scene 4: P3 Phoebe is asleep with her head on her textbook

Dream sequence: Phoebe is walking around an abandoned warehouse looking for Prue and Piper. A man in a dark robe is following her. She notices him and starts to run. The man runs after her. Phoebe stumbles and falls. The man approaches Phoebe and his face comes into view. He has a mark on his right cheek of a sharp pointed diamond inside a circle. She tries to get up but something is holding her down. The mark starts to glow and the man starts to speak in a foreign language . . .

(Thereís a knock on the door and phoebe wakes up)

Phoebe: (gasps) Oh my God, Ah oh, just a second . . .

Elect: Hi, Iím here to fix the sound system.

Phoebe: Oh, yeah, right, just this way.

Scene 5: The Manor. Piper and Leo are sitting on the couch.

Piper: I donít know where to begin.

Leo: What did the doctor say about your health?

Piper: Well . . . he said everythingís fine. Weíre both fine.

Leo: Thatís great, thereís noth . . . wait, what?

Piper: Iím pregnant.

Leo: Oh Piper thatís wonderful.

Piper: But what about my job?

Leo: Weíll all help out at the club donít worry . . .

Piper: Thatís not the job I meant.

Leo: Oh.

Piper: Iím not going to be able to chase demons for a while. I . . ., we all, will be much more vulnerable. The power of three will be . . .

Leo: Just fine. We will deal with this. Everything does not have to be figured out right now. Iím more concerned about you and our baby. What else did the doctor say?

Piper: Well, the baby is due in November. He wants me back in for an ultrasound next week.

Leo: Piper, are you happy about this?

Piper: Oh yes Leo, I am. Iím just thinking and worrying about everything right now. That and Iím getting over the shock. How are we going to tell my sisters?

Leo: I think you should tell them. Iíll keep myself busy and give you guys a girlsí night.

Piper: Are you sure? You donít want to tell them together?

Leo: I think itís a sister moment.

Piper: Ok. Do you have any idea how much I love you? (She kisses him)

(Prue opens the door)

Prue: Hello? Is anyone home?

Piper: In here.

Prue: Hey, how was your day?

Piper: (look at Leo and smiles) Wonderful, how about yours? I thought you werenít going to be home until late.

Prue: Well I wasnít, but I got everything done early thanks to my new assistant.

Piper: thatís great. I probably should get started on dinner then huh?

Leo: Iíll help.

Prue: Whereís Phoebe?

Piper, Oh sheís at the club. She should be home any minute.

(Phoebe bursts into the house)

Phoebe: I think we have a problem.

Piper: What is it Phoebe?

Phoebe: I think a demon was trying to hurt me in my dream.

Prue: dream demon? Ok Pheebs, couldnít it have just been a nightmare?

Phoebe: No this was real. Leo, have you heard of any kind of demon who attacks people through their dreams?

Leo: No I havenít.

Phoebe: Would you go ask "Them" about it please?

Leo: Yeah sure (he orbs out)

Prue: Well, we should probably check out the book of shadows.

Scene 6: the attic

Phoebe: here he is "Surrelis, a warlock from the realm of dreams who attacks witches to steal their powers when they are most vulnerable; while theyíre sleeping to steal their powers."

Prue: Ok, so thereís the who, the why, the where, the when, but no how.

Phoebe: In my dream, he was chanting something and there was a mark on his cheek that looked like a diamond with sharp points in a circle which was glowing. Maybe that along with a chant is the how.

Prue: So, how do we vanquish him?

Phoebe: The book doesnít say here. (Flipping through the pages) Ya know, sometimes I wish this thing would have an index.

Prue: Well, hopefully Leo will be of some help with that. Phoebe, you and Piper keep looking in the book. Iíll call Darryl and see if thereís been anything weird going on.

Piper: Uh guys, I donít want to concern you, but we donít have too much time. Weíd better vanquish this warlock before bedtime. I know I donít want him chasing me in my dreams.

Prue: Pheebs, what stopped the warlock? I mean why was your dream interrupted?

Phoebe: Well, the electrician knocked on the door and woke me up. I wonder if the weird dream I had last night had anything to do with this Surrelis guy. It would make sense.

Prue: What was your dream?

Phoebe: I was separated from you guys. You were looking for me and I was wandering around a warehouse.

Prue: was there any connection to that dream from your last one?

Phoebe: Well, in both dreams all three of us were in this warehouse and I got separated from you two. Maybe Surrelis was trying to attack me last night too.

(Leo orbs in)

Prue: Any good news?

Leo: Nothing that you didnít see in the book.

Piper: Remember the dream sorcerer that attacked Prue, maybe this is some how connected?

Phoebe: Well, this guy is a warlock and the sorcerer was human. The sorcerer died in Prueís dream and thatís how he was stopped, but we donít know how to vanquish Surrelis.

Piper: thereís no vanquishing spell in the book, so how are we going to get rid of him?

Phoebe: Well, what about the Power of Three Spell. Thatís worked before on warlocks.

Piper: Assuming thatís going to work, Surrelis is in the realm of dreams, how are we going to get to him?

Prue: If we were all dreaming and said the spell maybe it would work.

Piper: What if it doesnít work and Surrelis attacks us. Remember if you die in your dreams, you die in real life.

Leo: I could keep an eye on you guys and if I think you are getting into trouble I will wake you up.

Phoebe: OK sounds good. Whoís for some chamomile tea? (The pages of the book flip to a dream spell)

Phoebe: or this.

Prue: Dream spell. Insurance to make sure weíre all dreaming at the same time?

Piper: I guess . . . Thanks grams.

Phoebe: We should get this over with huh?

Prue: Yup. Leo, are you ready?

Leo: Yes.

Prue, Piper & Phoebe: Through these words we wish to dream,

To battle evil both seen and unseen,

We three sisters will fight as one,

To make this black magic come undone.

(The girls, who were sitting in a circle on the floor, all drop their heads in sleep at the same time.)

Prue: OK, we did it.

Piper: Yeah, but where is Surrelis?

Phoebe: In my dreams, he attacked me when I was alone, so maybe you have to leave me alone to lure him in.

Piper: No, I donít think thatís a good idea.

Prue: If we leave, weíre not going to far away.

Piper: As long as I can stay within freezing distance.

Prue: Agreed.

(Piper and Prue walk in the opposite direction from Phoebe and Surrelis appears)

Phoebe: Welcome back.

Surrelis: Iím going to enjoy your power Phoebe. I hate waiting to see what will happen.

Piper: so do we. (She tries to freeze him but her power wonít work) He wonít freeze!

Prue: (tries to use her power to fling him out of the way but canít) Oh no!

Surrelis: Youíre way out of your league. Youíre not the same person in dreams as you are in reality.

Phoebe: maybe not, but weíre still the Charmed ones, in dreams or not. The power of three will set us free

Phoebe & Prue: The power of three will set us free

Phoebe, Prue & Piper: The power of three will set us free, The power of three will set us free, The power of three will set us free . . .

Surrelis: Ahhhhhhh! (Surrelis evaporates)

(The girls wake up)

Prue: Wow. That was . . .

Piper: Surreal?

Prue: Yeah.

Phoebe: Well, I have a feeling Iím going to be up all night. Even though Surrelis is vanquished Iím still wired.

Piper: Not me, Iím exhausted. I do want to hang out with you guys for a little while though. (She winks at Leo)

Leo: Well, I should go and fix the shower. I never got to do that today. (To Piper) Iíll see you later. (Kisses Piper on the forehead)

Scene 7: the living room. The girls are sitting on the couch; piper is in the middle.

Phoebe: I like spending time together, just the three of us.

Piper: (smiling) The four of us

Phoebe: Sweetie, I know youíre tired, but there are only three of us.

Piper: Four, you, me, Prue, and baby Wyatt.

Prue: Baby Wyatt? That means youíre . . .

Piper: Pregnant. Yes

Phoebe: Oh how cool, Iím gonna be an aunt!

Piper: You guys realize this is going to affect the power of three

Prue: But only for the better.

Piper: But . . .

Prue: But nothing This is wonderful. Right now I say we celebrate.

Piper: You got it. I love you guys!

Phoebe: We love you too!

(Prue and Phoebe hug Piper)
