Month One, February.  Piper stood in the attic looking down through one of the windows and watched as Phoebe pulled into the driveway.  She walked to another window and looked into the back yard and watched the slight breeze make the leaves move on the trees.  "Piper?  Paige?"  Phoebe shouted through the house.  Phoebe headed straight to the attic to check something in the BoS, and found Piper.  "Hey, why didn't you answer me?"  Phoebe asked with concern.  "Didn't feel like yelling."  Piper answered quietly.  "Piper?  What's the matter?"  Phoebe asked, worried.  "I miss Prue.  I want to have a child.  I haven't seen Leo in a week.  I'm lonely.  I could go on for days if you want."  Piper said.  Phoebe walked over to her and put her arm around her.  "I'm sorry, sweetie."  Phoebe said.  In the spirit realm, Prue watched sadly, and the sistersí grandmother, Grams, and the sistersí mother, Patty, appeared behind her.  "Poor Piper."  Prue said.  "Someone needs to talk to the elders about taking Leo away for so long."  Grams added, and flashed out to complain to them for making Piper miserable.  Patty rolled her eyes and Prue chuckled at her feisty grandmother.  In an enormous white room with fog on the floor, there was a white round table with a diamond shaped hole in the center large enough for a person to stand in, and six chairs on each side with large backs on them evenly spaced out, and a thirteenth chair with the highest back at the head of the table, all filled by upper level white lighters known as the elders.  Grams stood in the diamond shaped hole in the center of the table, her mouth in fourth gear.  "I donít care how important it is, his other charges are keeping him from being with his wife, and that is making her depressed and miserable, she just sits in the attic and stares out of the window!"  Grams explained.  "Penelope!  Lower your voice and calm down this instant!"  The head elder roared at her.  She opened her mouth to tell him off, then decided against it and closed it right back.  "IÖ  I'm sorry, Vance, I just donít like seeing Piper, or any of my girls, for that matter, upset like that.  I'm sure you can understand where I'm coming from, right?"  Grams said apologetically.  "Yes, Penelope, I do, but Leo is, forevermore, a white lighter, he has duties, he cannot ignore his charges just because Piper is miserable."  Vance, the head elder told her.  "What about the family she longs forÖ" Grams stopped mid sentence abruptly as she was pushed over and Leo orbed in.  "Oh my god, Grams, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to push you like that!"  Leo said as he gently grabbed her shoulders to help her.  "OH DON'T YOU ëGRAMSí ME, LEONARD WYATT!  GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME RIGHT NOW!"  Penelope shouted at him as he cowered to the other side of the diamond shaped hole.  "AND YOU, VANCE!  JUST FORGET I SAID ANYTHING, ALL OF YOU, JUST FORGET IT!  FORGET EVERYTHING I JUST SAID!"  Grams said and flashed out muttering loudly with anger in her voice about how all white lighters are the same, and called them a few unspeakable names.  Leo looked around skittishly at the elders, then to Vance.  "What did I do?"  Leo asked timidly.
In a dimly lit room, a woman stood before a mirror filled with fog.  She smiled darkly, then moved to her altar covered with ten small black candles, which were lit with tiny flames, but as the woman approached, the flames grew a little in size.  She was dressed in a black hooded robe and had dirty-blonde colored hair braided at her temples and pulled back and braided together in a bigger braid that held her hair out of her eyes, which looked like they were full of clouds, and lightning flashed in them.  The cauldron in the center of the altar sat on a large cloth pentagram and was filled with smoke rolling out of it.  When the smoke cleared, water could be seen inside beginning to ripple and then showing Piper and Phoebe in the attic talking.  The flames of the candles grew higher, almost licking the witch's face, but she closed her eyes and they shrank.  She opened her eyes and continued watching the sisters, and smiled.  "Soon, very soon, Charmed Ones."  The witch said.  She stared at one candle, and they all went out, then she moved her hand over the cauldron and the image of the sisters vanished.  She stepped over to the door to the room, and turned on the light switch, flooding the room with light.  She moved across the room to the mirror.  "Show them to me again, if they are really my long lost relatives, oí mighty mirror of magic."  She said mockingly.  "As you wish, master."  Rasped a voice from the mirror.  The fog churned, and then cleared, revealing the attic and Piper, Phoebe, and Paige standing around the BoS looking for something.  "So they are my cousins, the Charmed Ones, eh?  What are their names?"  She asked.  "Piper is the one in the middle, and to her right is Paige, to her left is Phoebe.  Paige is new to everything, she is their half sister, there was another, named Prue, but she was killed by a wind demon, several months ago.  Finding long lost half sister Paige restored the power of three.  She is half witch, half white lighter."  The mirror rasped again.  The witch cocked her head, then closed her eyes, and opened them, making the storm scene in them disappear, and then waved her hand in front of the mirror and the image of the sisters faded, and she stared back at her reflection, then cleaned up the candles and cauldron and put away the pentagram, then realized she was still wearing her robe, so she closed her eyes, and the robe glowed and changed into a long green dress.  There was a sudden knock at the front door of her apartment, and she smiled.  She never missed sensing a visitor ten minutes before they arrived.  She opened the door to see her brother standing there, grinning from ear to ear.  "Pearl!"  He said as he wrapped his suffocating arms around her.  She groaned as she felt lightheaded and reluctantly hugged him back.  "Hi Peyton, how are you?"  Pearl asked when he let go.
Leo orbed into the attic to talk to Piper, and Grams flashed in beside him.  Piper stared at them suspiciously.  "What's up?" Piper asked.  Leo looked at Grams to see what she would say, then turned back to Piper and smiled a little, but Grams frowned.  "IÖ  umÖ  errrÖ  kind of got her mad at me."  Leo answered.  "HAH! Understatement of the year!"  Grams spouted out at him.  Piper chuckled at her fired up grandmother.  "Sweetie, what did you do?"  Piper asked.  "I accidentally orbed into her during her meeting with the elders, and pushed her out of the way when I materialized.  She was having a meeting about us, apparently."  Leo answered.  Piper cocked up an eyebrow at Grams and her frown turned to worry.  "Grams?  Explain, please."  Piper demanded.  "I was merely trying to get the elders to give Leo more time with you when I saw how miserable you had become, staying in the attic while at home and staring out the windows.  I just lost my head when he orbed in and almost knocked me down.  I'm sorry, Leo, I shouldn't have acted the way I did."  Penny said.  "No problem."  Leo said simply with a smile.  Piper stared at him, waiting for him to apologize to Grams for the whole orbing incident.  It finally dawned on him.  "Oh, I'm sorry for knocking you over."  Leo said quickly.  "Good, so that's settled.  Next order of business, you both better brace yourselves for thisÖ" Piper said.  She looked at Grams and Leo expectantly.  "IÖ  amÖ  PREGNANT!"  Piper blurted out after a short pause.  Leo and Gramsí eyes both lit up at the news, and Leo dashed over to her and picked her up and held her like a baby and kissed her.  Grams gave her congratulations and decided it was time for her to go.  "Have you told Phoebe or Paige yet?"  Leo asked.  "No, I just found out yesterday, I was feeling all ëblah!í and went to the doctor for a checkup and he diagnosed it as morning sickness, I almost fainted on the spot, I needed a wheel chair to get me out of the building."  Piper said and chuckled.  "Well nowís better than never."  Leo said enthusiastically.  Piper gave him a confused look.  "I mean about telling Phoebe and Paige, we can't just let them go on not knowing until you start to show, or until one of them catches you in the bathroom vomiting."  Leo explained.  "Oh, heh, right."  Piper said.  They left the attic and walked downstairs and found Paige and Phoebe in the kitchen eating dinner.  "We have an important announcement to make."  Piper said as Paige and Phoebe gave their full attention to Piper and Leo, who were grinning ear to ear, and hanging on each other.  "What is it that has you two glowing?"  Paige asked curiously.  "WaitÖ!  Oh my godÖ!  Paige, it's SO obvious!"  Phoebe said with excitement.  "What?  Phoebe, what is it?"  Paige asked, confused.  Phoebe smacked Paige's arm and scoffed.  "Piper is PREGNANT!"  Phoebe said, hoping she was right.
Piper smiled even wider and nodded her head, confirming it.  Phoebe squealed and ran to hug Piper.  Paige smiled and congratulated Piper and Leo, and went back to eating dinner.  Piper and Phoebe ignored Paige's uninterested attitude and talked about the baby.  Pearl watched Piper make the announcement about her being pregnant by means of her magic mirror, and smiled with joy.  "I'm so glad they aren't letting the ëfamilyí business get in the way of adding to the family."  She said as she watched the excitement of the middle sister.  She frowned at Paige.  Pearl decided to send Piper a letter of congratulations and tell her everything about her and explain how she knew and how they are related.  She waved her hand and the image faded and she looked at her reflection, then walked out of that room and into another to get her favorite quill pen and her best parchment and began to write her letter.

Dear Piper,
Congratulations on your baby!  I does me good to see that you haven't allowed the ëfamilyí business to get in the way of starting your own family and adding to ours.  My name is Pearl Warren, by the way, I believe we are cousins.  I know you are having a baby because I saw you make the announcement to Phoebe and Paige by means of an enchanted mirror I've acquired very recently, it's such a wonderful tool!  I would also like to express my deepest apologies for your recent loss of Prudence, but I would also like to congratulate you on restoring the power of three so quickly.  Anyways, I just wanted to make my presence known, and express how I would like to meet you and your sisters very soon.

Brightest blessings,
Pearl Warren

Pearl proof read the letter, then rolled it up and tied a green ribbon around it and held it out in front of her.  "To my new found cousins, by the power of light, with all its might!"  Pearl said, then light danced around the letter and it dissolved from Pearl's hand, and she smiled.  "I love that spell!"  Pearl said and cleaned up the area where she wrote the letter.  Light flashed between Piper and Phoebe in the living room and they both jumped.  Piper bent down and picked up the letter and opened it and read it out loud.  "Wow!  How neat, a cousin that sends letters by light.  She sounds sweet from the way she writes."  Phoebe said when Piper finished.  Phoebe took the parchment from Piper and was thrown instantly into a premonition.  Piper was in a hospital room giving labor without any difficulties, and in the room was Leo, Phoebe, Paige, and a third woman who Phoebe didn't recognize.  Piper finally gave birth to a baby girl and held her in her arms.  The baby was so beautiful as she rested peacefully on Piper's arm.  The premonition ended and Phoebe had a look of complete peace on her face.  "Phoebe?  What did you see?"  Piper asked, curious about her sister's peaceful expression.  "You, having your baby, and me, Paige, Leo, and Pearl there by your side."  Phoebe answered with complete peace in her voice.  "It was so beautiful, so perfect, so peaceful and serene.  I wish you could see it."  Phoebe said, and shed a tear of happiness.  Piper smiled at Phoebe.  "I donít have to, your face is calming enough.  I can wait until it arrives."  Piper said.  "You mean ësheí."  Phoebe corrected her.  Piper now took on the same peaceful expression Phoebe had.  "SheÖ  heh, Melinda Wyatt.  I guess that's one thing that won't be changed in the future.  Prue won't be blonde, or there at all, you won't kill anyone, and won't get killed, and Paige will be with us, but I'm still having a daughter."  Piper smiled.
The next night in a forest in the past, a large cauldron bubbles over a fire as a middle-aged woman stands by it adding things to it.  She stops and walks away from the cauldron for a moment to retrieve her spell book.  She returns to the fire's side and opens the book and begins to read.  "Otrifus, malonus, calrneaus, sivune atuvatia no duerma lunareamaude!" the woman spoke in a low voice.  The fire around the cauldron shot up and clouds appeared in the sky and covered up the full moon.  A dark smile appeared on the woman's face and darkness surrounded her.  In present time, clouds cover the full moon and in the alley closest to Halliwell manor, darkness fills it.  As the clouds reveal the moon, a woman is now standing in the alley, dressed in ancient robes.  She walks out of the alley and heads toward Prescott Street.  Pearl decided to go for a walk and maybe visit her favorite witch store, and unknowingly passed the woman.  The woman sensed her power and an evil grin spread across her face.  "Hello, witch!" said the woman.  Pearl looked at her like she was crazy.  The woman raised her hand and red light appeared in front of it and shot at Pearl.  Pearl simply held up her hand and deflected it, and it hit the woman in the pit of her stomach and she stumbled back a little, but was barely fazed by her own magic.  Pearl was amazed by this and decided to use a little of weather magic on her.  Pearl looked to the sky and clouds covered the moon and thunder rumbled.  Pearl's eyes once again took on a storm cloud scene and lightning flashed in her eyes.  Lightning struck the woman and sent her backwards.  She got up and looked to the sky, and the clouds disappeared and then she raised her hand again to Pearl.  "I am Maeganya!  The most powerful witch to ever live, and no little weather witch is going to take me down!" Maeganya said.  Pearl felt a force around her now and rose into the air.  Maeganya waved her hand and Pearl flew into a streetlight and fell unconscious.  Maeganya walked over to her and pondered if she should kill her or not.  "Nay!  You are not the one I came for, you shall liveÖ  For now!" Maeganya said and walked away.  Pearl came to a few minutes later and looked around.  "MaeganyaÖ" Pearl groaned.  Pearl closed her eyes and searched for Maeganyaís brain waves, and found them.  Pearl read her mind.  She was going after the Charmed Ones.  She was strong enough to sense them from her time and came her to secure her name as the most powerful witch to ever live.  Pearl opened her eyes, got up, and ran towards Prescott Street to head off Maeganya.  "Now which oneÖ  There!" Pearl said to herself and ran up the manor's front door.  She rang the doorbell and Paige answered.  "Hello."  Paige said, not sure if she should be cheery or cautious.  "Hello Paige.  I'm Pearl, where is Piper and Phoebe?  It's urgent!" Pearl said.  Paige looked at her for a moment like she didn't know how to react to this, and Pearl finally shoved past her and got a ëHey!í from her.  "Piper!  Phoebe!" Pearl yelled through the house and ran up the stairs.  Piper and Phoebe looked up from the BoS when they heard a voice they didn't recognize call their names.  "Oh thank god you're all here.  This is very urgent!" Pearl started, but was interrupted by Paige's voice as she orbed into the attic.  "What do you think you are doing and just who do you think you are?" Paige said.  "I'm your cousin, and I was just attacked by a witch named Maeganya.  She's from another time, very powerful, evil, and coming after you three to secure her name as the strongest witch to ever live." Pearl explained.  Piper, Phoebe, and Paige looked at her for a minute.  "She may be in your book of shadows, she's from the past." Pearl suggested.  Piper was about to try to blow her up, but stopped when she felt a breeze and Prue's spirit flashed in.  "You guys better listen to her!" Prue's spirit said.  "She can read minds, she has telekinesis like me, can levitate, and is also blessed with power over the weather." Prue's spirit said, and she raised her hand and the book flipped to a page on Maeganya.  "Mark that page." Prue's spirit commanded, and Piper did so quickly at the sound of the irritation in her voice, and the pages flipped to the power-binding potion.  "That one too." She said.  Piper did so and the pages flipped once again to a page entitled ëRite Of Passageí.  "There, now open up to Pearl, or you won't survive Maeganyaís attack, do you understand?" Prue's spirit said demandingly, and she flashed out.
After an hour, the sisters had done as Prue's spirit instructed and opened up immediately to Pearl, which wasn't all that difficult, especially not for Phoebe, who asked her lots of questions about all her powers.  Paige was more uninterested than ever and Pearl turned her attention to her.  "What is wrong with you?  You are acting so disinterested, you were like this when Piper announced her pregnancy." Pearl said.  "Nothing, I just donít get excited as much as Phoebe and Piper, I had different parents." Paige said.  "Parent." Phoebe corrected her.  "We have the same mother, but different Fathers, and the people who raised you weren't your parents, they were your legal guardians." Phoebe said.  "They were more than that to me, Phoebe!" Paige said.  Evil laughter filled the attic all of a sudden and Maeganya materialized and the sisters and Pearl put their powers together and put their differences aside.  Maeganya put up her hand and Phoebe quickly threw the power-binding potion at her and it exploded when it hit the ground, but the smoke didn't go straight up, it went around something, and they realized Maeganya and put up a defense against it, and it didn't work.  Paige orbed hers behind her and it worked, but she had too many powers to bind them all with one potion.  Piper threw hers and Pearl did after her, and they managed to bind all but one power, and that was the power of transporting.  They looked at the BoS and read the vanquishing spell.  "Power gone sour, we vanquish this hour, witch gone bad, which is so sad, we defeat you at last.  Mineau, vaoutaram, craudeaur!" Piper, Phoebe, Paige, and Pearl said together.  Maeganya screamed when she couldn't use her powers, and screamed louder when they finished the spell.  She was surrounded by balls of light and they hit her and wind began to do the same and she burst into flames and exploded in a wave of light and screaming.  In the past, Maeganya appears out of the shadows, weakened.  She had managed to escape them by exploding from that time and back to her own. Maeganya holds up her hands to test her powers, and finds them all gone.  She screams with fury when she realizes that everything she had spent her whole life building was torn down in one little fight against four witches that were half her age and had less powers than her.  "They will not get away with this.  As soon as I unbind my powers, your lives and powers are mine!" Maeganya vowed.  Back in the present time in the attic, Prue, Patty and Grams flash in to congratulate Piper, Phoebe, Paige, and Pearl on coming together and defeating Maeganya.  "You know, I think that in the next nine months more of your cousins and aunts will come forward like Pearl has and will be very helpful like her also." Grams said.  "What makes you think that, Grams?" Phoebe asked curiously.  "Well, if the women were taught anything in this family, it was to help each other and come together in times of need." Grams said.  Piper, Phoebe, Paige, and Pearl all smiled and looked forward to more family members making themselves known and helping out.  "Well, I think it's time for us to go now.  See you later, darlings." Grams said and flashed out.  I love you, all of you." Patty said, and smiled at Pearl, then flashed out.  "Love you guys.  Thank you for helping them out Pearl, I really appreciate it." Prue smiled at Pearl and flashed out.  Wind began to blow through the attic and the pages of the BoS began to flip to the page on The Rite Of Passage.  All four of them walked over to it and read the page.  Piper smiled when she realized what it meant.  "Congratulations, Pearl, you gained the right of passage.  Come here, sis." Piper said, then smiled and hugged Pearl.  Pearl smiled and shed a tear of happiness.  Phoebe and Paige joined in the hug and Pearl felt so happy she had found her cousins.
