    Piper is sitting next to the Book Of Shadows. She looks very sad, and it appears that she has been crying. She says a spell, but looks even more sad when it looks seems like nothing has happened. Piper then flips through the Book Of Shadows, to the spell "to call a lost witch". After she says it, a candle flickers, and when we hear someone call her name, she looks very hopeful, and says "Prue", but Phoebe enters. Phoebe tells Piper to get some sleep, and Piper asks her why the book can't help them. She doesn't understand why, she says this while shutting the book. Phoebe then says that they lost their sister, how can they understand that, and that they had better both get some sleep, as it is Prue's funeral the next day, and Prue would never forgive them if they looked bad at it. As upset as she is, Piper can't help but show a sad smile. When they leave, the Triquatra glows and the book re-opens to the "to call a lost witch spell"
    There is a girl, sitting at a desk in an office, and we see a candle on the top of her desk. The flame suddenly flickers and goes out. She then stands up to collect something from the printer. As she stands  newspaper appears behind her, and falls to the ground. She turns round and picks it up. it is open at the Obituaries page, and at the top there is a section that says "Prudence Halliwell, Beloved Sister". The girl looks at it, and as she does, her boss comes out, calling her Paige. Paige tells him that a document he is looking for is in the printer, she then gets her coat, and says she has to go, looking at the paper.
    We see Phoebe watering flowers, and her dad sitting in a chair, looking sad. Leo then comes in through the back door with Cole. Cole says that because he saved her, it makes him a traitor and that the source has got every demonic bounty hunter around hunting him. He also says it is not safe there for him, but Phoebe tells him she needs him there today, so he says he will go. Darryl then comes in through the front door, and he, Leo, Phoebe and Cole start up a conversation about Prue and the doctor's death. But then Victor gets very upset, and tells them to stop, as it is his daughter's funeral.
    Piper is upstairs, brushing her hair. Leo comes in, telling her that it is time to go, but she doesn't want to, because if she does, it means Prue is really gone. Leo tries to comfort her, but she pulls away from him, saying that the Elders are no use, if they can't bring her sister back. She then breaks down into tears, and this time lets Leo hold her.
    In the underworld we see the source flame in, and an oracle that can see into the future materializes, saying that not all of the charmed ones are dead. But the source is very angry that she didn't see Cole save "his witch", but then she tells him that the charmed ones might not be dead after all, as she sees another.
    It is Prue's funeral. There is a cemetery and a priestess doing a beautiful service. In the group of people watching we see the sisters, their men, Victor, Darryl and Paige, sitting at the back. Piper and Phoebe both break down in tears at the end of it. When the service ends, everybody lines up to see the family and Paige nearly leaves, but decides to stay. She goes to see Phoebe, who looks like she has seen her somewhere before. When they shake hands, Phoebe gets a premonition of Shax, the demon that killed Prue, trying to kill Paige. Paige looks freaked out and leaves. Piper and the others help Phoebe up and she tells them what she saw. But a bounty hunter appears for Cole, and there is a fight. Cole kills one of them and another appears. When that one is killed, Piper looses it, and starts shouting that this is Prue's funeral, and can they at least bury her in peace.
    At the manor there is the wake and Phoebe is looking for Paige while cleaning. She tells Cole and Leo that she looked a little familiar and when Cole asks what she is doing, she tells him she is cleaning. But he tells her that she doesn't clean and that she hates it, She tells him that it is better than falling apart. As she is describing the setting of her premonition, Piper walks over and after a small conversation about there no longer being a Power of Three, she tells Leo that they buried their Charmed ones, when they buried their sister, and she storms upstairs. Phoebe and Cole then agree to try and fight Shax together.
    Phoebe and Cole walk over to Victor, and they tell him they are going out, but Darryl comes over with the new inspector that has been assigned to Prue's case. Inspector Courtez tells her that they will catch the monster that did it. When he try's to question Phoebe, Victor tells him not now.
    Up in the attic, Piper tries to call Prue, but Grams comes instead. She tells Piper she is not allowed to know how Prue is doing, or see her, as it keeps her from moving on. But she also tells that that there is a reason for everything, and that her destiny still awaits, she then goes.
    Back in the underworld, the Oracle tells the source that Paige's future is becoming much clearer, and appears to be short lived.
    At P3, Paige is dancing with her boyfriend, Shane. When the song ends, they go and sit down and Shane asks her what is up, and if she wants to go somewhere else. She tells him no, because she likes P3, and she has been going there ever since she tried to find her family. She then tells him that she is adopted, and she once thought that she was related to the Halliwell sisters, so that is why she went to the funeral that day. They kiss, and Paige takes Shane off somewhere, but when they leave, we see that Paige has drawn a triquatra on her napkin.
    Phoebe and Cole are looking through a window, with binoculars at the roof top that Phoebe thinks she saw in her Premonition. They then see Paige and Shane come out and then they see Shax. He fires something at Shane, who gets thrown back at some crates, then tries to attack Paige. But she Orbs out, looking VERY shocked. Phoebe and Cole look just as shocked, and Cole shimmers them over to the roof where Cole throws some energy bolts at Shax. Phoebe says the vanquishing spell, but Paige has run away. Cole nearly falls down the side of the building, but manages to shimmer back up. But he says he is worried about Paige.
    Back at the manor Phoebe and Cole are talking to Leo about the girl while Piper is washing up, looking cross. They tell Leo that she orbed, but Leo says it doesn't make any sense, so Leo orbs out to ask the elders what they think. Cole shimmers out to try and find out some information as well. Phoebe then goes over to Piper, who is annoyed at her for nearly going to join Prue, Phoebe says she is sorry and they hug.
    At the hospital Paige goes into Shane's room and he tells her that the police are looking for her to question her. Inspector Courtez then comes in and asks her what she knows. He tells her that if it was the same person that attacked them that he thinks it is, then they were lucky as he killed two people last week. Paige then realizes he must have killed Prue, and she leaves.
    Phoebe is sitting next to the fire at the manor. Piper comes over and gives her a cup of chamomile tea. They have a talk about the whole situation, and say that they will get through it, but they have to stick together. Leo then orbs in saying the Elders don't know who the girl is. But she definitely isn't a whitelighter, so they cant explain why she can orb.
    Cole then shimmers in and tells them that the source thinks she is another Charmed one. Piper suddenly storms off, the others following her. She tells them she is going to summon Grams to ask her what is going on. At first Grams lies to them and says she had no idea what is going on. But then she says she would tell them but she can't, she is sworn to secrecy by Patty.
    Patty then appears and tells them that the girl is their baby half sister that she had when she was together with her whitelighter. But she had to give her away, as it was unthinkable then to even be with a whitelighter, let alone have children with one. Just then inspector Courtez and Darryl come in the front door, but Darryl is trying to stop him. The inspector says he has a warrant, and starts to go up the stairs.
    In the attic, the sisters are still talking to their mother and to Grams when the inspectors walk in.
Inspector Courtez says to them that he is putting the whole house under surveillance, and then starts to accuse them of Prue's death, when Darryl hits him over the head,. He says that they have been through enough that day. Phoebe tells Darryl to go, because they will not let him take the fall for this, so he leaves telling them if they need anything, they know where to ask.
    Grams tells Phoebe to start rhyming to dump the inspector somewhere, so she does, and dumps him in Timbuktu, as it was the only thing she could think of that rhymed with undo. Cole says it's ok and goes off to look for him. Piper then gets angry and says that it is too much to take in, so Patty has a word with her, telling her not to walk away from her destiny. After that, Grams tells her to leave and says it is up to the sisters.
    Phoebe, Piper and Leo are walking down the stairs, and are thinking how to find their new sister, when they see her in the hall, as the door was open. Phoebe invites her in and links arms with her then asks her what her name is. She tells them her name is Paige, and they notice that it is another "P." When Piper shakes hands with her, some white lights shine from above, and Leo says it's probably because she is meant to be there. Just then Shax crashes in through the door, and knocks the girls over. Leo jumps on his back yelling at them to get upstairs. Piper yells to Leo, but he continues to stay on Shax's back. Shax then throws Leo off his back, knocking him unconscious.
    The girls reach the attic and shut the door. Piper then goes through the Book Of Shadows, trying to find the vanquishing spell. She tells Paige to say the spell out loud with them. Paige asks if they are witches, they say yes, and that they hope she is too. Shax comes bashing through the door, and they say the spell. The new power of three works and Shax is vanquished.
    Paige looks disgusted though and turns to the sisters asking what they have turned her into.
