We share our property free of charge for private use only, not for illegal distribution on sites,clubs,boards,p2p etc. Besides the theft of our property , by all means we do protect the rights of our featured models and do not hesitate to prosecute offenders.
Since 1999, 94 Clubs & sites have been illegally using our copyrighted material.
All of them have been informed they would bear the consequences if they failed to comply
with our request to remove our property without delay.
Most complied at first request , some after two, three reminders almost all said they did not know the source where the photograph(s) came from ... but removed our property . Some reproached us while some did not bother to comply.
All of the last category saw their site deleted and banned by their ISP within days and some faced legal consequences in accordance with '' The Digital Millennium Copyright Act '' (DMCA).
