Tails Jr. has finally been granted permission to build a new space ship.</div> <div> Steve- Building the space ship also, is Tails Jr.'s brother, Steve.</div> <div> Fists- Fists has officially moved to Mobotropolis where he is currently looking for a girl friend.</div> <div> Metal- Getting more and more harder to keep up, Metal is getting ready to be shut down permanently.</div> <div> Charles- Charles is also getting ready to call it quits and meets up with his nephew.</div> <div> Kari- Kari is getting ready to start her job on the new space ship, but she has one problem, her cousin Nate Gage has decided to follow her after her return trip to Earth.</div> <div> Katriana- Kat has moved to an apartment near the palace where she and her sister spend their days.</div> <div> Ariana- She has been relaxing since the battle with Maræos.</div> <div> James- The new head of technology, James is working hard to help with the space ship.</div> <div> Nate Gage (Boomerang Tails)- Kari's little cousin, he is a big pain to Kari and is usually causing trouble for her.</div> <bR> <div> And now onto the feature presentation of The Final Battle, The Final Fight, The End of Everything.</div> <bR> <div> Timeline: About 5 years after The Final Battle: The Coming of Maræos.</div> <bR> <div> “Let's see, your data processor is starting to go, so we'll have to get you a new one.” Tails Jr. said looking of Metal.</div> <div> “It's one thing after another, I think it's about time for me to shut down.” Metal said.</div> <div> “Nonsense, you still have a long working time.” Steve said, “Robotnik built you extremely well.”</div> <div> “Hey guys, what's going on down here?” Max asked walking into the room.</div> <div> “We're doing a review of Metal's systems.” James said.</div> <div> “So how does it look?” Max asked.</div> <div> “Well, we need to replace some old parts, but other than that, Metal should be fine for another 50 years or so.” James said.</div> <div> “Hey James, you think you can handle the rest? Me and Steve need to get back to work on the XGP-3285-A.” Tails Jr. said.</div> <div> “Yeah, no problem.” James said.</div> <div> “Well come on, let's finish this baby up.” Steve said as he and Tails Jr. left the room.</div> <div> “Max can you come up here for a second?” Metalla called.</div> <div> “Sure thing.” Max said, “If you excuse me James.”</div> <div> “Go ahead.” James said.</div> <div> “Later.” Max said as he ran up the steps.</div> <div> “Took you long enough.” Metalla said jokingly.</div> <div> “So what's up?” Max asked.</div> <div> “Ariana and Kat have been reading the books in the library and they've found some interesting things.” Metalla said.</div> <div> “Like what?” Max asked.</div> <div> “Like a hidden floor below the palace.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “A hidden floor, why didn't my parents tell me about it?” Max asked.</div> <div> “They probably didn't know.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “So how do we get to it?” Max asked.</div> <div> “Well I haven't figured it out yet, but it's most likely through the B Wing.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “The B Wing? But that section of the palace has been run down for years.” Metalla said.</div> <div> “That's what would make it the perfect spot to hide an entrance.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “Please Max, can we go explore?” Kat asked.</div> <div> “Sure why not, what harm can it do?” Max said.</div> <div> The group of four walked to the now closed off B Wing, Max had grabbed a crowbar on the way there and was slowly prying the boards off.</div> <div> “Why don't you just cut throw them with your spin attack?” Ariana asked.</div> <div> “Because what if there's no floor on the other side?” Max said, “I can't see to well when I'm curled up.”</div> <div> “You have a point.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “Almost Max, just one more.” Metalla said looking at the hole, they had created.</div> <div> “There we go.” Max said as he pulled off one more board.</div> <div> Max raced away and came back a few minutes later with some flashlights.</div> <div> “We'll use one at a time unless we need more.” Max said as he turned his flashlight on.</div> <div> He pointed it through the hole in the boards and looked around.</div> <div> “Well?” Kat asked.</div> <div> “Come on it's safe.” Max said as he walked through the opening.</div> <div> He moved his flashlight around the large room they had walked into.</div> <div> “Wow.” Metalla said.</div> <div> “There's got to be a light around here somewhere.” Max said looking at the walls, “Bingo!”</div> <div> He found a switch and flipped it. Suddenly giant lights came on and lit up the entire room.</div> <div> “Wow, this place is beautiful.” Kat said as she looked at the paintings that were hung around the room.</div> <div> “Take a look at this painting.” Ariana said looking at a painting that was a little off.</div> <div> “What do you make of it?” Metalla asked.</div> <div> “I think it's what we're looking for.” Max said as he swung his crowbar at the painting.</div> <div> The wall started to wobble and suddenly fell backwards revealing a staircase leading down.</div> <div> “What do you know a secret staircase?” Ariana said.</div> <div> Suddenly the group heard a cracking sound and the doorway in front of them were replaced by large rocks.</div> <div> “Come on we've got to get out of here, it's collapsing!” Max said.</div> <div> The group started to make their way across the room, but it was too late a huge pile of rubble had blocked their way, thankfully though the rest of the room was left in tact. </div> <div> “What do we do now?” Metalla asked.</div> <div> “Let's start moving this out of the way.” Max said as he started to move pieces of rubble.</div> <div> “That's going to take to long, just blast it.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “If he blasts it Ariana, it may cause the rest of the room to cave in.” Kat said.</div> <div> “All right.” Ariana said, as they started to move the rubble out of the way. </div> <div> Suddenly the heard a rumbling sound and Max was just barely missed by a drill bit. The group back away and a few seconds later a machine, being driven by James pushed through. Then Fists, Ron, Sara, Tails Jr., Steve, Charles, and Metal walked in.</div> <div> “What are you four doing in here?” Charles asked.</div> <div> “We were looking for the secret floor that Ariana had found.” Max said.</div> <div> “You know very well that this wing is off limits to everyone, including the king.” Charles said.</div> <div> “Max, you could have been hurt.” Sara said, “Are you ok?”</div> <div> “I'll be fine.” Max said.</div> <div> “Come on let's get out of here before the rest of the place falls down.” James said as he backed the drill machine out of the tunnel. The rest of them followed.</div> <div> “Come on we should get back to work on the XGP-3285-A.” James said as he, Steve, and Tails Jr. left.</div> <div> “You're lucky those three found that machine, who knows how long you would have been down there.” Charles said.</div> <div> “We would have gotten out.” Max said.</div> <div> “By the time you had moved all the rubble you would have lost your air supply or that tunnel would have caved in on you.” Metal said.</div> <div> “What happened here?” Sonic asked walking into the hallway.</div> <div> “Dad, what are you doing here?” Max asked.</div> <div> “Tails, Nate, Rotor, Manic, and Nathan came back to help on some things on that ship you're building, Nate came back and told me that there was a cave in here and that you were missing.” Sonic said, “Wow, is this the B Wing?”</div> <div> “Yes.” Charles said.</div> <div> “You know there's a legend about some kind of portal machine in there.” Sonic said.</div> <div> Kari suddenly appeared, “Hello everyone, has anyone seen Tails Jr.?” </div> <div> “Yes he should be down in the hanger working on the XGP-3285-A.” Fists said.</div> <div> “I see you brought Boomerang.” Sonic said looking behind Kari.</div> <div> “I didn't bring him he, he followed me.” Kari said as Nate Gage stepped out from behind her.</div> <div> “Hey everyone!” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “Looks like you've managed to keep him human so far.” Metal said.</div> <div> “Yeah I still don't know what caused him to transform like that.” Kari said.</div> <div> “Well, what are you going to do about this hole?” Sonic asked.</div> <div> “We'd better patch it up.” Metal said. </div> <div> Nathan came walking up the hallway doing a dance.</div> <div> “Nathan, what's gotten into you?” Sonic asked.</div> <div> “Music got me feeling so free, we're gonna celebrate, celebrate and dance so free, one more time!” Nathan sung as he continued dancing.</div> <div> “Nathan!” Sonic shouted.</div> <div> Nathan took off his headphones, “What?! I like that song!”</div> <div> “What are you doing up here?” Sonic asked.</div> <div> “The XGP-3285-A is almost done, just wanted to come up here and tell everyone.” Nathan said as he put his headphones back on and walked away. “Music got me feeling so free, we're gonna celebrate, celebrate and dance so free, one more time!”</div> <div> “He's been acting strangely lately.” Sonic said.</div> <div> “Maybe it's that mechanical arm of his.” Ron said.</div> <div> “I'll have Tails check it out when we get back, so let's go see this ship.” Sonic said as he walked towards the hanger.</div> <div> “Hey Sonic, we're just about finished up.” Nate said.</div> <div> “Just a few more adjustments.” Tails said, “T.J., has the light come on yet?”</div> <div> “Yep.” Tails Jr. said.</div> <div> Tails hoped down and T.J. came walking out of the door.</div> <div> “Introducing the XGP-3285-A.” James said, “Now all it needs is a name.”</div> <div> “How about Freedom?” Sonic suggested.</div> <div> “Sounds interesting.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “I like the sound of it.” Sara said.</div> <div> “Then it's settled, the XGP-3285-A is now known as Freedom.” Steve said, “Now, who wants to test drive it?”</div> <div> “Where's Rotor and Manic?” Sonic asked looking around.</div> <div> “Up here!” Manic said poking his head out the window, “We're making some final adjustments to the control panel.”</div> <div> Later that night Max woke up in a cold sweat and couldn't find Metalla.      Lately he had been having strange dreams. “Metalla where are you?” Max cried.</div> <div> “Max, Max wake up.” Metalla said shaking Max. </div> <div> He woke up, turned to Metalla and was white as a sheet.</div> <div> “What's wrong? What's the matter?” Metalla asked.</div> <div> “Nothing just a bad dream.” Max told her.</div> <div> “Are you sure your O.K.? You were calling out like you couldn't find me. What happened?”</div> <div> “It was nothing just a bad dream. Go back to sleep.” Max said as he turned over still troubled by the dream. He had had dreams similar to that for several weeks now. He had managed to keep it a secret from Metalla. He could tell that she suspected something but until now, he was able to reassure her that nothing was wrong. But how could he explain to her what he himself couldn't understand. The dreams came in pieces and even then, he hardly ever remembered everything that happened.</div> <div> The next day Sara, T.J., Steve and Ron were fixing up Manic and Jennifer's old house. They each disagreed on what to do with the place. Sara and T.J. were working on the inside while Steve and Ron were working on the outside when a young couple walked up to Steve.</div> <div> “Excuse me, do you live here?” </div> <div> “No, but I'm one of the owners. Why?” Steve said.</div> <div> “Well my wife and I just got married a few weeks ago and we were looking for a house to buy and were wondering if this house might be for sale.”</div> <div> “Well I don't know but if you leave me your name and number I'll talk to the other owners and get back to you.” Steve told him.</div> <div> “Thank you, I appreciate it.” The man said writing out his information and handing it to Steve before they left.</div> <div> “Hey Ron could you meet me in the house I need to talk to you guys.” Steve yelled.</div> <div> “Be right there.” Ron yelled back.</div> <div> “Hey Sara, T.J. could you guys meet me downstairs.” Steve called out.</div> <div> A few minutes later, everyone was sitting in the living room waiting to hear what Steve had to say.  </div> <div> “So, what's up, Steve?” Ron asked.</div> <div> “A young couple just approached me and wanted to buy this house.” Steve told them.</div> <div> “You told them no, right?” Sara asked.</div> <div> “No, I told them I'd get back to them.” Steve said.</div> <div> “You said what?” T.J. asked as they all started yelling at him at once.</div> <div> “Quiet down everyone. We all know we've been keeping this place because of the sentimental value it holds to all of us but I think that we should sell it to them.” Steve said.</div> <div> “Steve what are you saying?” Ron asked.</div> <div> “I'm saying that I think it's time to let someone else have the same happiness that Manic and Jennifer had here. I don't think that they would want this place to just sit here empty forever. I think that they would want that too. Don't you?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “I guess you're right.” Sara said. “I guess they would want someone else to have the kind of happiness here that they had. I say yes.” Sara asked.</div> <div> “T.J. what about you?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “When you put it that way how can I can I say no. I'm in.” T.J. said.</div> <div> “Ron, how about you?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “I'm in, but we'll still have to clear it with Max and Metalla.” Ron said.</div> <div> “I'm not sure now is the right time to ask.” Sara said.</div> <div> “Why?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “He's been acting very strange lately, Metalla's really worried about him.” Sara said.</div> <div> “Well were going to have to talk to him anyway, I promised those people I'd get back to him as soon as possible.” Steve said.</div> <div> After talking to Max and Metalla, they agreed it was time to sell the house. </div> <div> The next day Sara and the others agreed to return to the house to start packing up while Metalla talked to the couple about buying it. The next day everyone had their own job to do in a different room. While upstairs in the attic, Sara was digging through a trunk upstairs and ran across Jennifer's Journal. She knew she shouldn't read it but she couldn't help it. She read the first page `Dear Journal, today is my first day in the 6th grade so as a present my Aunt Amanda gave me this book. She said that everything will change now, I'm getting older and with starting a new school next year, I might want to write down my thoughts and feelings. She said that she used to keep one too when she was my age and that it helped her in times when she was upset she could write down her thoughts and feelings instead of keeping them all bottled up. It made sense so here goes.”</div> <div> Meanwhile on the space station, Kari was still learning about her new job when she suddenly got an extreme headache and had to catch herself from falling.</div> <div> “Kari what's wrong?” Boomerang asked. </div> <div> “I, I don't know, something's wrong. I have to go into the dimensional warp.”</div> <div> “I'm coming with you.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “No there might be trouble and I don't want you to get hurt.”</div> <div> “I can take care of myself.”</div> <div> With a small weak smile, she looked at him “I know you can, but I have to do this alone. Dimensional Crystal Power.” With that, Kari changed into Super Sailor D and disappeared into the warp.</div> <div> Tails Jr. walked in and saw Boomerang “Hey where's Kari?”</div> <div> “She said there was trouble in the dimensional warp.”</div> <div> “So why do you look so concerned?” Tails Jr. asked.</div> <div> “She was nice to me. I told her I wanted to go to. But she refused and when I insisted I could take care of myself, she smiled and said she knew. That's not normal.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “Don't worry about it, I'm sure if it's something she can't handle she'll call for help.” Tails Jr. said.</div> <div> “I hope your right.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> Back at Manic and Jennifer's Sara was still reading Jennifer's Journal. “I wonder if there's anything about how she came to Mobius. Let's see here.” she said flipping through several pages, “ah I think this is it `These past few days seem like a nightmare. My mother had promised me that she and dad would take Friday off; she said we would go to Vermont and spend the weekend with my grandparents. Of course, that never happened, big surprise there. A thing came up at work, like always, and they had to cancel the trip. I had just finished unpacking my suitcase, which I wasn't sure why I had even bothered, since my parents were never capable of keeping a promise anyway. I had just picked up my backpack to unpack it when all of a sudden I heard a noise and someone or something grabbed me. The next thing I know I found myself in this space ship and then thrown into a creepy looking cell with a bunch of robots guarding it.' Wow I can't believe this, where was I `These past few days have gone from strange to stranger, first I'm kidnapped from my home dragged here to what I later discovered was a planet called Mobius and then I meet these walking talking hedgehogs. They're actually very nice. It's been almost two weeks since I got here I'm adjusting pretty well I think. One of them his name is Manic gave me a medallion similar to the one he was wearing only it was a transverse flute. Somehow, his mother knew I was coming and told Manic to give me this medallion. I never knew that but I don't understand Jennifer had a guitar medallion. Maybe it'll tell.” </div> <div> As Sara continued to learn things she never about Jennifer, Max was spending the day listening to people's complaints. His current case is two people claiming to own the same piece of land. Max had asked them to wait outside while he reviewed their case. As he started looking over the evidence, his mind began to wander. Suddenly he heard “Help Me!” He snapped out of it and looked over at Metalla who was doing her nails. </div> <div> “Metalla did you hear that?”</div> <div> “What?”</div> <div> “That cry for help.”</div> <div> “No, I didn't hear anything. Max maybe you should rest for a while, I'll cancel the rest of today's session. You haven't had much sleep lately, your minds probably playing tricks on you.”</div> <div> “No, I heard something, I'm sure of it.” He said closing his eyes and lowering his head trying to clear his mind.</div> <div> “Max what are you doing?”</div> <div> “I'm trying to clear my mind and focus on hearing that voice again.”</div> <div> “But Max…”</div> <div> “Please I need to be sure. If someone is in trouble I want to help, alright.”</div> <div> “Alright.”</div> <div> Max cleared his mind and tried to focus when an image of Super Sailor D flashed before him. Then he heard it again, “Somebody, Please Help Me!” Max jerked his head up and looked at Metalla. “Where's Kari?”</div> <div> “I don't know, I haven't seen her. I'd say she's at the space station, but I don't know. Why, What's going on?”</div> <div> “I'm not sure yet. But I've got to find her. Can you handle things from here?”</div> <div> “Yeah, I can handle it.” Metalla said as she walked over and kissed him on the cheek. “Be careful.”</div> <div> “Don't worry, I will.”</div> <div> “You'd better use the back door.”</div> <div> “Thanks.” He said before taking off.</div> <div> Back at the house, Sara was still reading Jennifer's Journal by this time she had skipped ahead. “I remember this day Jennifer hadn't been feeling well the past few months and we all decided we needed a vacation we went to the party planet Holidaca. ` Today we landed in Holidaca, The place I'm going to remain for the next 6 months. I know I should have told Manic but I was afraid too. After my last miscarriage I didn't want to get his hopes up my by tell him that I was pregnant again.' What?”</div> <div> On his way to the Space Station Max ran across Ron who was outside painting the front part of the house.</div> <div> “Ron have you seen Kari today?”</div> <div> “No, Why, is she in some kind of trouble?”</div> <div> “I don't know yet? I keep hearing a voice in my head calling out for help.”</div> <div> “How do you know it was Kari?”</div> <div> “I don't, but when I tried focusing in on the voice I saw a quick image of Kari I mean Super Sailor D.”</div> <div> “Well let me go get the others and we'll help you look for her.”</div> <div> “No!”</div> <div> “Why not?”</div> <div> “Metalla thinks the voice is all in my head since nobody else can hear it.”</div> <div> “Do you think she's right?”</div> <div> “I don't know. But I'd hate to drag everybody out on a manhunt for what could be nothing.”</div> <div> “I see your point.”</div> <div> “Have you checked the Space Station or her place yet?” </div> <div> “No, not yet.” </div> <div> “She could be at one of the two places safe and sound.”</div> <div> “That's why I don't want to drag everybody into it.”</div> <div> “I guess your right. Look, I'll go with you. Steve's been out back all day. Maybe he's seen her. If not, then we'll head over to her place then try the Space Station.”</div> <div> “All right.”</div> <div> They walked around to the back to talk to Steve.</div> <div> “Hey Steve, you haven't seen Kari today have you?” Ron asked.</div> <div> “No, Why?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “Well Max thinks she might be in some kind of trouble.” Ron said.</div> <div> “Oh, well you want me to go with you?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “No, thanks, I think we can handle it.” Max said.</div> <div> “Oh, well if you need help or anything just let me know.” Steve said.</div> <div> “Thanks.” Max said.</div> <div> “Kari's house is on the other side of the lake isn't it?” Ron asked as they left. </div> <div> “I think so?” Max said.</div> <div> Once at the lake, Max and Ron started walking to the other side of the lake when suddenly an invisible wall prevented Ron from moving forward.</div> <div> “What's wrong Ron?”</div> <div> “I don't know it's like there's an invisible wall here.”</div> <div> “That's weird I have no problem. I don't feel any wall.”</div> <div> “That's strange.”</div> <div> “Ron, hold up your amulet.”</div> <div> “Why? I don't want to call my dad.”</div> <div> “You don't have to. Every time you try to move forward, you hit the invisible wall and your amulet starts to glow. I think if you concentrate on the amulet itself something should happen.”</div> <div> “All right.” Ron said. He started concentrating on the amulet and the harder he concentrated the brighter his amulet glowed. Suddenly a hole started to appear before them. </div> <div> “Ron look.”</div> <div> When they looked into the hole, which was now as big as a door. They saw a shadow figure kick Super Sailor D in the back.</div> <div> “Hey you leave her alone!” Ron yelled.</div> <div> The shadow looked up at them his eyes glowing a dark red. He raised his hand and Super Sailor D's staff started floating in the air. The shadow pointed towards Max and Ron and suddenly Super Sailor D's staff flew right at them.</div> <div> “Max look out.” Ron said pushing Max to the ground. </div> <div> “How did he do that?” Max asked.</div> <div> “I don't know but I've had it.” Ron said getting up and going through the door and after the shadow.</div> <div> “Ron, come back. You don't know what we're dealing with.”</div> <div> As Ron charged after the Shadow, it retreated not yet ready for a battle.      Max ran in to check on Super Sailor D.</div> <div> “Kari, are you all right?” Max asked. </div> <div> “Yeah I'll be all right.” She said as Max helped her to sit up.</div> <div> “Ron, come on let's get out of here.” Max said as tried he help Super Sailor D to stand she collapsed and changed back to Kari. Max picked her up and started to carry her out when he saw Ron running after the Shadow. “Ron let's go.” He said.</div> <div> “But, he'll get away.”</div> <div> “Don't worry about it. I have a feeling we'll see him again.”</div> <div> Max and Ron helped Super Sailor D, who had turned back into Kari, to the hospital wing near the palace.</div> <div> “Just a couple of bruises, there's nothing really to worry about, perhaps you should just relax for a couple of days Kari.” James said as he looked over her.</div> <div> “If that's what you think is best.” Kari said getting up.</div> <div> “Definitely you should go and relax.” James said.</div> <div> “Sara, what are you doing up here?” Metalla asked walking up into the attic.</div> <div> Sara quickly hid the journal and turned to Metalla, “Just straightening up things up to be moved.”</div> <div> “Alright come on, we're heading back to the palace.” Metalla said.</div> <div> “Sure, just let me gather up my stuff and I'll be right down.” Sara said.</div> <div> “Alright, see you in a little bit.” Metalla said as she walked down the steps leaving Sara alone. Sara grabbed the journal and threw it into a bag she was carrying. She hurried downstairs and met Metalla, Steve, and Fists.</div> <div> “Come on we have to hurry, we just learned that Kari was attacked.” Metalla said.</div> <div> “What?” Sara said.</div> <div> “Come on let's go!” Steve said as the group of 4 ran off towards the palace.</div> <div> “Where's Kari?” Metalla asked as she ran into the wing a few minutes later.</div> <div> “You're too late.” James said, “She's already taken a shuttle back up to Freedom to relax.”</div> <div> “Well how is she?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “She'll be fine, just needs to rest.” Max said as he left the room.</div> <div> “What's up with him?” Fists asked.</div> <div> “Apparently what he was seeing in his dreams was true.” Ron said.</div> <div> “What do you mean?” Metalla asked, suddenly looking extremely worried.</div> <div> Ron told them about walking over to the lake and his amulet creating some kind of invisible wall blocking them, and that when he concentrated really hard a hole that turned into a door opened before them. Finally he told them that they saw some shadow person fighting Super Sailor D.     </div> <div> “So Max was right and this time I thought it was just a bad dream, I'd better go apologize to him.” Metalla said as she took off after Max.</div> <div> “What's all this fuss about?” Ariana asked walking into the room.</div> <div> “Where's Kat?” James asked.</div> <div> “She's off in her room sleeping.” Ariana said.</div> <div> Meanwhile Kari had arrived at Freedom and was making her way towards her room.</div> <div> “Kari! Hey wait up!” Tails Jr. said running to catch up to her.</div> <div> “What's up T.J.?” Kari asked turning around.</div> <div> “Are you ok? You look beat.” Tails Jr. said.</div> <div> “You could say that.” Kari said smiling, “I'm going to go rest, I really need it.” With that, she continued off towards her room.</div> <div> “Wonder what's up with her?” Tails Jr. said as he turned around and headed back up towards the control room.</div> <div> “So where's Kari?” Boomerang asked.</div> <div> “She's going off to lay down and rest.” Tails Jr. said, “she didn't tell me what was wrong.”</div> <div> Steve's picture appeared on one of the monitors, “Hello? Hey anyone there?”</div> <div> “Hey Steve what's up?” Boomerang asked.</div> <div> “Listen did Kari make it there ok?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “Yeah she did, why what's wrong?” Boomerang asked.</div> <div> “Well she was attacked by an unknown person, she took a beating, but James said she'll be ok.” Steve said.</div> <div> “No wonder she was acting tired.” Tails Jr. said.</div> <div> “Yeah, well how's the ship holding up?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “Its doing good haven't had to many problems and we've almost got the final systems up and running.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “Excellent.” Steve said, “Well I've got to go talk to you later.”</div> <div> “Sure thing.” Tails Jr. said.</div> <div> The transmission ended and Boomerang asked, “T.J., is Kari's shuttle ready for lift off?”</div> <div> “Yeah, why do you ask?” Tails Jr. asked.</div> <div> “Because I want to head down to the planet.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> Tails Jr. thought for a few seconds and then said, “Ok, I'll get the bay ready.”</div> <div> “Thanks.” Boomerang said as he ran out of the control room.</div> <div> A few minutes later the shuttle launched from the ship and headed down to Mobius, Boomerang was at the pilot's seat.</div> <div> “Whoever attacked my cousin is going to have to answer to me.” Boomerang said, then he suddenly remembered something important, “Wait, if he defeated Kari in her super sailor form, then what am I going to do with just a medallion?”</div> <div> As the shuttle entered, the atmosphere Nate finally got an idea, “That's it, maybe that room that everyone was so protective about has something that could change me back.”</div> <div> Boomerang landed his shuttle and walked into the palace.</div> <div> “Hey Boomerang what are you doing here?” Sara asked as she spotted Boomerang.</div> <div> “Just wanted to come down for a visit.” Boomerang said, “Say where's Ron?”</div> <div> “He's down with Steve, Metalla, Metal, Max, and James in the main den.” Sara said.</div> <div> “Thanks.” Boomerang said, as he walked away he turned around to see Sara almost running away with a strange book in her hands. Boomerang shrugged his shoulders and headed for the den.</div> <div> “I'm telling you, I think we've got a new enemy on our hands.” Max said.</div> <div> “Max we're not disagreeing with you, it's just that he didn't seem to be much of a threat running away from just the two of you.” Steve said.</div> <div> “We should only have worried if he tried to attack all three of you.” Metalla said.</div> <div> Ron's amulet glowed and four or five beams shot off out of the den.</div> <div> The beams ran into Boomerang and they took the forms of Knuckles, Sonic, Metallic, Tails, and Nathan.</div> <div> “What are you five doing here?” Boomerang asked.</div> <div> “Don't worry about it kid, it doesn't concern you.” Sonic said as the five of us continued on.</div> <div> Boomerang walked on until he ran into Ariana and Kat.</div> <div> “Excuse me.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “That's no problem.” Ariana said.</div> <div> Suddenly Boomerang remembered he saw both of the two people in front of him walking out of that room.</div> <div> “Hey you were the people that went into that room!” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “Yeah what's it to you?” Kat asked.</div> <div> “Did you happen to see any spell books?” Boomerang asked.</div> <div> “No, why is it so important to you?” Ariana asked.</div> <div> “I want to get revenge on the guy that attacked my cousin, but I need to transform first.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “We don't do revenge.” Kat said.</div> <div> “Please, all I want is some kind of spell, you can have whatever else is found.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “I'm sorry, but…” Kat started to say.</div> <div> “Come on Kat, please I mean we never got to see what was in the staircase, who knows there may be records of us down there.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “Still…” Kat started.</div> <div> Both of them walked in front of her and gave her sad eyes, “Please?”</div> <div> Kat let out a sigh, “All right, I'm still not fully convinced we should go down there again, but I guess we can, so what's your name?”</div> <div> “I'm Nate Gage, but most people call me, Boomerang.” Nate said.</div> <div> “Must be because of that medallion.” Kat said, “Anyway my name is Katriana, but you can call me Kat.”</div> <div> “And I'm Ariana.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “Pleased to meet you.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “Come on let's get some gear together.” Kat said.</div> <div> The group of three walked off.</div> <div> “I wonder who came back with your dad, Ron.” Steve asked.</div> <div> “Yeah and what could have brought them back?” Max wondered. </div> <div> “I don't know it's not like them to come back so mysteriously with no warning and not say anything at all to us. I mean my dad yes but any of the others. It's very unusual.</div> <div> “If you see you your dad again, you might want to ask him about your amulet.” Steve suggested.</div> <div> “Well I've got to go, so unless there's something else.” Sara said.</div> <div> “No, I guess you can go. We don't know that much about our new enemy, but I get the sense that he's not alone.” Max said.</div> <div> “More bad dreams, Max.” Metalla asked.</div> <div> “Yeah, but I don't think they're just dreams anymore. I think they're visions of the future.”</div> <div> “Yeah well bring `em all on. If they're all like the one that fought Kari then we won't have anything to worry about. He's basically a coward when it's not one on one.” Ron said.</div> <div> “Well maybe he wasn't ready to take on three against one.” Steve said.</div> <div> I'm not so sure on that. Super Sailor D collapsed when I helped her up. She wasn't in any to continue to fight.”</div> <div> “Like I said he's a coward.”</div> <div> “Or maybe he could somehow sense more power from the two of you and was too weak from his fight with Super Sailor D and decided it was better to retreat.”</div> <div> “That's possible I guess, but he didn't look like he was weak.”</div> <div> “Did anybody think to ask Kari if she knew who attacked her?” Sara asked. </div> <div> “Well I guess we didn't think of it.” Max said.</div> <div> “Well I`ll see you guess later.” Sara said as she grabbed her bag and left.</div> <div> “What's with her?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “I don't know, she was acting the same way when I found her in Manic and Jennifer's old attic.” Metalla said.</div> <div> Meanwhile Sonic and the others were continuing on their mission.</div> <div> “Knuckles you find Fists and gather up as many emeralds as you can find. Tails you and Nathan get to work on that power modulator. Make sure it'll be able to handle all the power we'll need.” Sonic said.</div> <div> “What about the chosen one that the Oracle told us about?” Tails asked.</div> <div> “Tails we have no idea who that is.” Knuckles said.</div> <div>  “The Oracle told us that when the jewels are uncovered and the time is great and the time is right the chosen one will be revealed. The chosen one will be given this new power. Only the chosen one with the help of friends and allies of the past and present will be able to command the power. With their help together they will find a way to defeat the enemy.” Nathan said.</div> <div> “But how are we to know who this chosen one is?” Sonic asked.</div> <div> “Could it be Max?” Tails asked.</div> <div> “I don't think so. The way the Oracle implies is that this person has no power now.” Nathan said.</div> <div> “How do we know for sure?” Tails asked.</div> <div> “We don't we'll just have to wait and see.” Knuckles said.</div> <div> “In the mean time we need to get everything ready for that time. If the Oracles right we don't have much time.” Sonic said.</div> <div> “Let's get going.” Nathan said taking off for the garage followed by Tails.</div> <div> At the same time Boomerang, Kat and Ariana were making their way through the rumble.</div> <div> “Boomerang you said earlier that you need to transform. What did you mean by that?” Ariana asked.</div> <div> “Ari that's none of our business.” Kat said.</div> <div> “No it's all right. It's a long story.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “We've got time.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “Well it all started the day I found out that Kari was Sailor D. I was being attack by heart snatchers.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “Did they really try to steal your heart?” Ariana asked.</div> <div> “Not exactly, they steal you heart crystals.” Boomerang said. “Then Sailor D showed up and…”</div> <div>  As Boomerang continued to tell them what happened, back at the space station Kari was trying to get some sleep.</div> <div> “I'm waiting for you come to me.”</div> <div> “No, No, Leave me alone, go, away.” Kari stared screaming.</div> <div> All the noise attracted Tails Jr.'s attention. Not knowing if the screaming was real or not he banged on the door and when he got no answer he went in prepared for anything. Kari was tossing and turning still yelling. He went over and woke her up.</div> <div> “Kari, Kari wake up.” Tails Jr. said shaking her. </div> <div> “NO!” Kari sat up screaming. She looked up and saw Tails Jr. “T.J. is that you?” She asked half asleep.</div> <div> “Yeah are you O.K.? You were screaming.”</div> <div> “I was, I'm sorry.” Kari said looking around.</div> <div> “Yeah you were are you sure your alright?”</div> <div> “Yeah, Where's Nate?”</div> <div> “He's not here.”</div> <div> “What do you mean he's not here?”</div> <div> “Well Boomerang told me that he had some business to take care and took your shuttle back to the palace.”</div> <div> “I've got to go.” Kari said getting up.</div> <div> “What are you doing? Where do you think you're going?”</div> <div> “I've got to find Nate.”</div> <div> “I'm sure Boomerang's fine.”</div> <div> “Yeah well if I know my cousin like I think I do then he's either in trouble or going to get into trouble.”</div> <div> Boomerang, Kat and Ariana had made it to the room and were looking around.</div> <div> “Boomerang you didn't finish telling us the story.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “Well I told you who gave me my medallion. She disappeared mysteriously. Afterward I saw a prison ship and went to investigate.”</div> <div> Sonic meanwhile had made his way to the swamp where he had left the jewels with an old friend.</div> <div> “King Sonic it's been along time.” Sam said.</div> <div> “Hello, I'm sorry do I know you?” Sonic said.</div> <div> “My father was one of the people you appointed to guard the jewels. My name is Sam Cgator.”</div> <div> “Yes I remember now. I was sorry to hear about your father he was a good man.”</div> <div> “Thank you, you're here for the jewels, right. ” </div> <div> “Yes, I am.”</div> <div> “My dad told me you'd come for them someday and to be ready. If you'll wait here I'll get them.” Sam said as he turned to leave.</div> <div> Knuckles meanwhile had just found Fists.</div> <div> “Dad what are you doing here?”</div> <div> “Never mind that I'll explain it to you later. Right now I need your help.”</div> <div> “Sure what do you need?”</div> <div> “We need to find and round up as many emeralds as we can.”</div> <div> “Why?”</div> <div> “I told you I'll explain later. Now lets get going time is of the essence.”</div> <div> Back at the palace, Nate was continuing his story.</div> <div> “I used my boomerang and freed Jennifer and Sailor Mini Moon. As we were escaping through the sewers we were attacked and…”</div> <div> Upstairs Kari ran into Ron.</div> <div> “Kari, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be resting?”</div> <div> “Yeah, well Nate took off and he's probably getting into trouble.”</div> <div> “You want me to help you look for him?”</div> <div> “You don't have too. But I could use your help later.”</div> <div> “Sure what can I do?”</div> <div> “The demon that attacked me. He's not alone. I've seen them in my dreams and one is calling to me, by name.”</div> <div> “You think you know who it is?”</div> <div> “A demon named O'Cloral once teamed up with Robotnik to take over. Sonic, Sailor Moon and the rest of us were able to seal him away. About 6 months later, he attacked me as I entered the warp. He teased and taughted me saying that he would get out someday and get his revenge on those who sealed him away.”</div> <div> “Is that who attacked you?”</div> <div> “I don't think so. He wasn't powerful enough and he never said anything.”</div> <div> “What do you mean not powerful enough? He nearly took you out.”</div> <div> “Yeah, but O'Cloral could've taken me out with out breaking a sweat, even if he was just playing with me. This was someone else, probably the same one that either freed him or is trying to free him.”</div> <div> “How can I help?”</div> <div> “If O'Cloral is back then even with all of Max's power and everybody else's power combined I don't think it will be enough to seal him away and his new accomplice. We'll need help and I know where to get it. I have to go through the warp to get to the gate of time. However, I need someone to guard the warp until I get back. If someone doesn't guard it then there might not be anyway for me to get back with help. Your amulet has showed that it can open the dimensional warp. That means you can guard it for me.”</div> <div> “Why do you have to go back in time?”</div> <div> “That's the only way I can get the help we'll need to stop him. Will you help me?”</div> <div> “Sure just tell me when you the help and I'll do my best to help out.”</div> <div> “Thank you.”</div> <div> “Come on let's go find Boomerang.”</div> <div> Back at Nathan's workshop, he started working on the power amplifier. While Tails went to look in the junkyard for some more parts that, they'll need to complete the machine.</div> <div> “How's it coming?” Metallic asked as she walked into the workshop.</div> <div> “Not bad, we've almost got all the circuits completed, and Tails is off finding thing parts we need.” Nathan said as he used his robotic arm to meld some circuits together.</div> <div> “And how's this thing suppose to work?” Metallic asked as she looked over some of the pieces that were lying throughout the workshop.</div> <div> “Well when the time is right and all the jewels and emeralds are present the machine will activate showing who the chosen one is. Then they will be granted the power equal to or greater than a Mystic Level 10 warrior.” Nathan said as he finished with the circuit, “There all done, now to build the machine itself.”</div> <div> “Is there anything I can do to help?” Metallic asked.</div> <div> “Yes there is, can you keep the children out of here?” Nathan asked.</div> <div> “Why do you want me to do that?” Metallic asked.</div> <div> “We don't need them pointing their noises where they don't belong, what we are doing is out of their league, if they knew what we were doing they would ask too many question, besides they have their own problem to deal with.” Nathan said sitting down.</div> <div> “And what is that?” Metallic asked.</div> <div> “O'Cloral is back.” Nathan said.</div> <div> “Who's that?” Metallic said.</div> <div> “I don't really know, Sonic told me about him one day, apparently he came to Mobius and joined Robotnik, well to make the story short he failed and was sealed away.” Nathan said, “Seems that now someone has decided to bring him back.”</div> <div> “Well I'd best be going, good luck with the machine dear.” Metallic said as she left the workshop.</div> <div> “Thanks.” Nathan said as he went off to help Tails.</div> <div> “How long have we been down here?” Kat asked as she looked around the room they had found.</div> <div> “Probably about an hour.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “An hour, come on, let's go there's nothing down here.” Kat said.</div> <div> “Wait!” Boomerang said as he found a strange looking book. “I think I may have found what I'm looking for.”</div> <div> He opened the book and started to look through it, “Oh no.”</div> <div> “What is it?” Ariana asked.</div> <div> “I can't read it, it's in some old language.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “Here let me see it.” Kat said walking over to Boomerang.</div> <div> Boomerang handed her the book “Good luck.”</div> <div> “Kat can read anything.” Ariana said.</div> <div> “Let's see here, is this what you're looking for, transforming into alternate beings?” Kat asked.</div> <div> “I guess so, give it a try.” Boomerang said as he held up his medallion.</div> <div> “What are you doing?” Kat asked.</div> <div> “Last time this happened my medallion was part of it.” Boomerang said.</div> <div> “Well alright.” Kat said as she started to speak the ancient language. While she was a ball of energy formed over her head. When she read the last work the ball shot towards Boomerang, to protect himself from it he used his medallion. When the energy collided, there was a bright light that went throughout the palace.</div> <div> “I think we just found him Kari.” Ron said.</div> <div> “Let's go.” Kari said as the two of them took off.</div> <div> “What the heck is that?” Nathan asked Tails.</div> <div> “I don't know, but let's go check it out.” Tails said as the two of them took off. They picked up Metallic and headed towards the room.</div> <div> Meanwhile everyone else in the castle had started to run there too.</div> <div> Kari and Ron were the first there, then Nathan, Tails, and Metallic, then everyone else.</div> <div> When the light cleared, Boomerang was back in his fox form.</div> <div> He took one look at himself and said, smiling, “Guess who's back?”</div> <div> “I can't believe you did that again!” Kari said as she prepared to give Boomerang a punch in the face.</div> <div> “That's not what you should be worrying about.” A voice from the shadows said.</div> <div> “Who are you?” Max asked.</div> <div> “That is none of your business hedgehog, all you need to know is that my master will soon come and destroy this planet.” With that, the shadow disappeared.</div> <div> “Well I think we all had our first encounter with our enemy.” Steve said.</div> <div> While this was going on Metallic, Nathan, and Tails had disappeared back to the workshop.</div> <div> “This is getting serious, we'll have to work faster.” Tails said as he and Nathan finished getting the circuits and some other parts they were missing put together.</div> <div> Just then, Sonic, carrying the jewels walked in along with Knuckles and Fists, who were carrying the fourteen emeralds.</div> <div> “Here are the jewels and the emeralds.” Sonic said as they set them down on the table.</div> <div> “Does he know?” Tails asked looking at Fists.</div> <div> “Just what he needs to know.” Knuckles said.</div> <div> “Ok, then all we need are these.” Nathan said as he called the yellow emerald and the silver crystal.</div> <div> “We haven't used these in such a long time, they should be at full power by now.” Knuckles said.</div> <div> “We've got the machine put together, so let's get these installed.” Tails said as the group put the jewels and emeralds into the machine.</div> <div> “And now comes the hard part.” Sonic said.</div> <div> “What's that?” Metallic asked.</div> <div> “Waiting.” Sonic said, sitting down.</div> <div> “Fists why don't you head back to the group.” Knuckles said.</div> <div> “Alright father.” Fists said as he started to make his way out of the room.</div> <div> “Oh and one other thing.” Knuckles said.</div> <div> “Yes?” Fists asked turning around.</div> <div> “Don't tell anyone what you saw.” Nathan said.</div> <div> Fists walked out and closed the door.</div> <div> Meanwhile in another location to shadowy figures were talking.</div> <div> “What did you see?” One of them asked.</div> <div> “It seems that they are still alive master, but they have changed somehow, it does look like they've brought another ally in with them. He doesn't look like he has a lot of power.” The other one said.</div> <div> “Good soon O'Cloral shall rise again and show these mortals not to mess with the dark side.” The first one said.</div> <div> “Yes, what do you want me to do now master?” The second one asked.</div> <div> “Go and destroy them.” The first one said.</div> <div> “Right away sir.” The second said as he disappeared.</div> <div> “Those mortals will pay for what they've done to me, no one makes a fool of me and gets away with it.” The first one said as he let out an evil laugh.</div> <div> As the second one traveled to the palace he thought to himself, `They may weak for my boss, but they are too strong for me, I'll have to take them on one at time.'</div> <div> “Come on, Ron, I don't have time to mess with Nate here, I've got a job to do.” Kari said as she transformed into Super Sailor D.</div> <div> “Where are you two going?” Metalla asked.</div> <div> “Sailor D has to go back in time and she wants me to guard the gate while she's away.” Ron said.</div> <div> “Come on Ron, let's be on our way.” Super Sailor D. said as she opened a dimensional gateway and both her and Ron stepped through it, the gate closed behind them.</div> <div> “Alright come on let's get out of here.” Metal said as the group walked back to where they were.</div> <div> “Hey for a second I thought I saw Nathan, Metallic, and Tails with us.” Sara said.</div> <div> “Forget them there not our biggest concern right now.” Fists said, as he walked into the room.</div> <div> “He's right, we need to find out who that guy was, then we'll worry about our parents.” Max said.</div> <div> Ariana, Kat, and Boomerang left the room and headed to a den on the other side of the castle. Sara walked off still carrying the notebook she found. Charles and Metal both went upstairs and headed for the R&D lab to work on some new things.</div> <div> “Well it leaves us four then.” Fists said.</div> <div> “So what are we going to do?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “I'm going to follow Sara.” Metalla said, “She's been acting strange lately.”</div> <div> “She has.” Steve said.</div> <div> “Alright just make sure you stay out of trouble.” Max said as he kissed his wife goodbye. Metalla ran up the stairs and left the group of three alone.</div> <div> “Maybe we should contact T.J. and see if he can't find any strange activity.” Steve said.</div> <div> “Good idea, come on.” Max said as they left for the control room.</div> <div> When they managed to get T.J. up on the screen he looked like he was about to faint.</div> <div> “T.J., what's going on up there?” Fists asked.</div> <div> “Some of the systems have bugs in them and I'm up here alone, and there's only so much I can do.” T.J. said.</div> <div> “Hang on and I'll be up there.” Steve said as he ran out of the room.</div> <div> “T.J. is the planet scanner still working?” Max asked.</div> <div> “Sorry Max, but that's one of the systems that are down.” T.J. said.</div> <div> Max and Fists heard the rumbling as Steve lifted off.</div> <div> “Well Steve will be up there soon, so he'll be able to help you out.” Max said.</div> <div> “I hope so, say do you know where Boomerang is?” T.J. asked.</div> <div> “Yeah, he's with Ariana and Kat, some how he's managed to turn himself into a two tailed fox.” Max said.</div> <div> “That's great, but I can really use his help up here.” T.J. said as an alarm went off, “Oh no not again, I'll talk to you later.”</div> <div> With that, he ended the transmission.</div> <div> “Max, what about the Floating Island Command Base?” Fists suddenly asked.</div> <div> “I completely forgot about that place, do you think we can still use anything from there?” Max asked.</div> <div> “I'm sure we can.” Fists said.</div> <div> “Alright head on up there while I take care of some stuff here.” Max said as the two walked out of the control room. Fists headed down to the hanger and took off in one of the planes. Max decided to go and get some lunch.</div> <div> About two hours later Fists landed on the Floating Island and made his way to the command base, little did he know that the figure that was heading towards the palace had changed his course.</div> <div> “Let's see now, let's get this thing going again.” Fists said as he started to activate the computers. The made a loud humming noise before going off with an alarm. “This has got to be a malfunction.”</div> <div> He looked at the readings that came onto the computer screen and tested the systems.</div> <div> “Well everything seems in working order, so what's this about someone being on the island?” Fists said.</div> <div> “That person would be me.” The figure said walking into the room.</div> <div> “Who are you?” Fists asked as he turned on all the lights and saw a figure standing there.</div> <div> “My name is Intelomon and I've been sent to destroy you.” Intelomon said.</div> <div> “Really?” Fists said, “Who sent you?”</div> <div> “That is none of your business echidna.” Intelomon said as he blasted Fists through a wall to the outside.</div> <div> Fists stood up and powered up to his ultra level, “Give me all you've got!”</div> <div> “With pleasure!” Intelomon said, as he formed a huge sphere over his head, he fired it towards Fists. Like Mobius, they may be different species. Like my world probably would be as accepting of people from your world as yours is to people of mine. ”</div> <div> “From what I've heard, you're probably right.”</div> <div> “Maybe after all this finished I'll show you around some of the other worlds.”</div> <div> “But you just said.”</div> <div> “I said that some worlds aren't that receptive to strangers. Occasionally a few of them pass through, but not very often. How is that going to help us with the power source?” Knuckles asked.</div> <div> “I know.” Sonic said. “When we first sealed O'Cloral away, Sailor Moon and I had to merge her crystal and the jewels together.”</div> <div> “I don't get this why didn't you guys just destroy him?” Tails asked.</div> <div> “We tried but even with all the power combined the best we were able to do was seal him away. Even then we almost didn't do it.” Sonic explained.</div> <div> “Then you obviously you didn't have enough power.” Nathan said.</div> <div> “Well Nathan I'm sorry you were there to help out, but Sonia, Manic, Jennifer and I along with 10 Sailor Scouts and their friend Tuxedo Mask were there. We used up all of our power just to defeat him. We did the best we could with what we had at the time.” Sonic said.</div> <div> “Where were you during all of this Knuckles?” Tails asked.</div> <div> “I was guarding the chaos emerald. I didn't know any of that was happening. Even if I did I could just leave the emerald unguarded.” Knuckles said.</div> <div> “Well I'd love to stay but I really must get going.” Timber said.</div> <div> “Wait, you said two power sources were needed if Sailor Moon has one then where do we get the second one?” Tails asked.</div> <div> “Maybe the chosen one possesses it.” Metallic suggested walking in.</div> <div> “No Super Sailor Mini Moon has a crystal just like Sailor Moons her crystal is the second power source. He said you might also look into finding a way to harness the power of the scouts he said it's not vital but thought I should suggest it. The Oracle told me that you will have to be patient the chosen one will be revealed but not right away. Sonic returned to his normal state.</div> <div>      “That was too easy, I wonder what he wants.” Metallic said.</div> <div>      “We'll have to figure it out later.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      Meanwhile in a remote location, Intelomon was making his way back through the base, when he overheard his master talking to O'Cloral.</div> <div>      “How are things going on Mobius?” O'Cloral asked.</div> <div>      “Very well sir, we should have the barriers down very soon.” The figure said.</div> <div>      “And what about that Intelomon that you hired, how is he doing?” O'Cloral asked.</div> <div>      “As much as can be expected, do not worry sir, he is expendable, he couldn't even destroy the one they call Fists.” The figure said.</div> <div>      “Good, hurry up and finish what needs to be done, while I have some more fun with this two-tailed fox.” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “Yes sir.” The figure said as the communication broke.</div> <div>      Intelomon heard the news and quickly ran out of the building, making lots of noise.</div> <div>      “Crud.” The figure said as he heard the noise.     </div> <div>      Intelomon had transported himself to the Mobian Gardens; he sat down on a bench and almost started to cry.</div> <div>      Max and Sonic were walking around the gardens when they saw Intelomon sitting there.</div> <div>      “It's that guy I saw you fighting, we can destroy him now.” Max said.</div> <div>      “No hold it, something isn't right.” Sonic said, “In all the years I've fought, I've never seen a bad guy act like this.”</div> <div>      Intelomon looked up and straight at Sonic, “Go ahead, destroy me, I have nothing to live for.”</div> <div>      “What are you talking about?” Sonic asked.</div> <div>      “I'm expendable, that's all I'll ever amount to be.” Intelomon said as he went off on something strange speech, “That's it I'm done with taking orders, I'm done with being on the losing side, mister Sonic may I join you in defeating O'Cloral?”</div> <div>      “What!” Sonic and Max said.</div> <div>      “I had had enough of being pushed around, it's time for my revenge!” Intelomon said as he stood up.</div> <div>      Suddenly a blast ripped through the gardens, the three were shot back.</div> <div>      “You traitor! Maræos fel<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >l to the ground and short circuited a little bit.</FONT></div> <div>      “You are lucky kid I'm not in my battle uniform, I didn't expect you to move that fast, but the time is coming near, O'Cloral shall rise again!” Maræos let out a laugh and disappeared.</div> <div>      “Just great.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Now we've got Maræos to worry about too.” Max said as he returned to his normal level.</div> <div>      “Maræos shouldn't be your biggest worry.” Intelomon said, getting up.</div> <div>      “Yeah we already know O'Cloral is stronger than Maræos, but now we've gotten stronger to<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >o.” Sonic said.</FONT></div> <div>      “No you don't understand, if Maræos were able to bring O'Cloral back, O'Cloral alone could destroy the planet, but when both of them together, there's not too many forces that will be able to stop him, if any.” Intelomon said.</div> <div>      “What we need is a way to stop O'Cloral from coming back.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “I know how to work to stop it, but I never saw the location of the base.” Intelomon said.</div> <div>      “Don't worry we've got some people that can help, you can follow us.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Dad, can we really trust him?” Max said.</div> <div>      “Don't worry Max, he won't try anything.” Sonic said as the three of them walked off.</div> <div>      “What do you want now Sonic?” T.J. asked over the screen.</div> <div>      “Have you two managed to get the systems up yet?” Sonic asked.</div> <div>      “Yes we have, Chuck and Metal came up here at the same time as Steve, and between the four of us we've almost got it back up and running.” T.J. said.</div> <div>      “Good, do you think you could located Maræos?” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Maræos? But he's dead Sonic.” T.J. said.</div> <div>      “Wrong, Maræos is back an<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >d this time he looks like he's stronger.” Max said.</FONT></div> <div>      “Oh great, Maræos and O'Cloral, how fun, what else can go wrong?” T.J. said, “And how am I suppose to locate him?” </div> <div>      “Scan for Trans-Mobium Titanium.” Intelomon said.</div> <div>      “Who said that?” T.J. said looking around.</div> <div>      “T.J., Intelomon has decided to join us, I suggest you do as he says.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Alright.” T.J. said, “Steve, do a surface scan of Mobius for Trans-Mobium Titanium.”</div> <div>      “Sure thing, one second.” Steve said.</div> <div>      About a minute later Steve came onto the screen, “He's located in the desert near the old Desert Freedom Fighters base.”</div> <div>      “Well what do you know, I know just who to take with us.” Sonic said, “Thanks guys.”</div> <div>      Sonic cut the transmission and started to walk away.</div> <div>      “Who are you talking about dad?” Max asked.</div> <div>      “You'll see.” Sonic said as the three of them walked off.</div> <div>      “You want me to do what?!” Nathan said looking at Sonic and Max.</div> <div>      “We need you to take us through the underground passages of the Dessert Freedom Fighters base.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Sonic are you insane, that place has been closed for over twenty years, there's no telling what is still open and what's caved in.”</div> <div>      “Come on Nathan, we need to get into that base without being noticed.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      Nathan thought for a second and then looked at them, “All right, but we move fast.”</div> <div>      “Let's get some people together.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      Sonic called a group meeting and everyone gathered in a meeting room.</div> <div>      Meanwhile in the dimensional gate Ron was still being picked on.</div> <div>      “Come on kid is that the best you can give me.” O'Cloral said as he shocked Ron a little bit.</div> <div>      “Why don't you come out and show yourself, I could take you on one to one.” Ron said.</div> <div>      “Such bi<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >g words for such a big wimp.” O'Cloral said, suddenly he stopped, Maræos was trying to contact him, “What is it Maræos?”</FONT></div> <div>      “Sir, I'll be able to open the portal in about an hour.” Maræos said.</div> <div>      “Good, that gives me more fun time.” O'Cloral said as he cut the transmission.</div> <div>      “Come on, I know it's you O'Cloral, show yourself!” Ron demanded.</div> <div>      O'Cloral stepped out from his hiding place and looked at Ron, “So, it's a fight you want?”</div> <div>      Ron powered up and he charged at O'Cloral.</div> <div>      “Foolish fox.” O'Cloral said as he upper cut Ron. He grabbed onto Ron and threw him into a wall, the amulet cracked a tiny bit.</div> <div>      On Mobius, the four that left the amulet fell down in pain for a second.</div> <div>      “Guys are you ok?” Fists asked running over to them.</div> <div>      “No, someone is tampering with the amulet, Sonic, we have to act now!” Nathan said.</div> <div>      “Alright, Nathan, Ariana, Kat, Intelomon, and Boomerang, let's go.” Sonic said, “Tails, Knuckles, you two stay here, if Maræos attacks we'll need some strong people here.”</div> <div>      “With you Sonic.” Knuckles said.</div> <div>      The group ran out of the palace and to one of the vans.</div> <div>      Meanwhile back on Earth, the scouts had gathered together.</div> <div>      “We have to hurry, O'Cloral will be able to break free, any moment now, and we have to move.” Kari said.</div> <div>      “Why can't Sonic and the others handle him, I'm sure they've grown stronger.” Serena said.</div> <div>      “Yes Serena, they have, but so has O'Cloral, please come with me, I don't have time to argue, I don't know how long Ron can hold up.” Kari said.</div> <div>      “Who's Ron?” Raye asked.</div> <div>      “Ron, is the son of Nathan and Metallic, there's a lot more people now on Mobius then there was last time you were there,” Kari said, “but even with all of them there's still no way they will be able to stop O'Cloral, please help me!”</div> <div>      “Well think about it.” Luna said, “It may be to dangerous right now, why don't you get some sleep and we'll contact you when we've made our decision.”</div> <div>      Kari let out an angered scream and stormed off.</div> <div>      Meanwhile in the gateway O'Cloral had stopped beating Ron and disappeared again.</div> <div>      Ron got up and rubbed his head, “This isn't good, he's stronger than I thought, and he's managed to damage my amulet, I hope dad and the others are alright.”</div> <div>      O'Cloral stood off and laughed to himself, “If this is the best that planet has, then I'll have no trouble taking it over.”</div> <div>      Meanwhile, the small group had reached the old Desert Freedom Fighters base.</div> <div>      The group walked to a small sand dune, and Nathan shouted some sort of chant. Soon the giant door rose up out of the sand and opened the passage to the base.</div> <div>      As they made their way down the long ramp Ariana, Kat, Boomerang, and Intelomon were all surprised at the huge space below the sands.</div> <div>      “How'd they get it all down here without being noticed?” Ariana said suddenly.</div> <div>      “No one ever suspected of a base being in the middle of the desert, that's why.” Nathan said as they hit the flat floor. </div> <div>      After a few minutes the lights had come on for the first time in over twenty years.</div> <div>      “Where to now?” Sonic said.</div> <div>      Intelomon walked over to one of the computers and began typing.</div> <div>      “What are you up to?” Nathan asked.</div> <div>      “I'm trying to get a reading.” Intelomon said, “Ah, the base is to the east of us.”</div> <div>      “East it is.” Nathan said as he led them down the east passageway.</div> <div>      “This is sure one long passage way.” Boomerang said, “My feet are starting to hurt.”</div> <div>      “Then fly.” Nathan said sharply.</div> <div>      “Oh yeah, I almost forgot.” Boomerang said as he began to fly.</div> <div>      “Alright everyone, be careful from this point on.” Nathan suddenly said as the pasted some red lights.</div> <div>      “Why?” Kat asked.</div> <div>      Suddenly the metal floor ended and they were in a dirt tunnel that had just enough light to see clearly.</div> <div>      “We're in the uncompleted tunnel.” Nathan said.</div> <div>      Intelomon had been carrying a small reader and suddenly said, “The base is right above us.”</div> <div>      “Good, stand back.” Sonic said as he dug up through the dirt <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >and broke into the base. Nathan flew the others up the shaft and soon all of them were inside Maræos' base.</FONT></div> <div>      “Where to now Intelomon?” Sonic asked.</div> <div>      “This way, we have to stop Maræos from activating his portal.” Intelomon said.</div> <div>      The small gang ran through <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >the tunnels, thankfully they weren't noticed by Maræos.</FONT></div> <div>      They came into a giant room with a large machine in the middle.</div> <div>      “Oh no, not again.” Nathan said.</div> <div>      “What?” Boomerang said.</div> <div>      “It's another dimensional gateway.” Sonic said as he looked at the huge machine.</div> <div>      “It's more than a dimensional gateway, this thing can take you anywhere, anytime, and in any location with pinpoint accuracy.” Intelomon said.</div> <div>      “And it's about ready to activate.” Kat said.</div> <div>      “Not if I can stop it.” Intelomon said as he rushed over to the controls and began to mess with them.</div> <div>      “Hold it right there.”<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" > Maræos said entering the room, he was wearing some kind of armor.</FONT></div> <div>      “Maræos, why couldn't you just have died when you should have?” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Because I was destined to rule!” Maræos said, “And no one will stand in the way of my master from entering thi<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >s world and taking everyone of you down.”</FONT></div> <div>      “Bring it on Maræos.” Nathan said as he and Sonic went to full power.</div> <div>      “I'm so scared, what are you two going to do, tickle me?” Maræos said.</div> <div>      “Hold him off for two minutes.” Intelomon said.</div> <div>      “No problem.” Sonic s<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >aid as he and Nathan launched at Maræos.</FONT></div> <div>      Maræos dodged them and shot a heat wave into them. Both Sonic and Nathan fell to the ground, but were soon up. Nathan fired one attack from one direction and Sonic from another. Maræos waited until they almost hit <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >him and then he disappeared allowing the attacks to cancel each other out.</FONT></div> <div>      “Sonic, he's moving to fast even for us.” Nathan said.</div> <div>      “Yeah I know.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Come on what's with you two? I've seen better fighters in my days.” Maræos said as he appeared <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >in front of Nathan and hit him in the stomach.</FONT></div> <div>      “Intelomon, how much longer?” Boomerang asked.</div> <div>      “Just give me a minute.” Intelomon said.</div> <div>      Sonic came up behind Maræos and blasted him in his back, creating a small spark on his robotic side. Maræos turned aro<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >und and hit Sonic with the backside of his hand. Sonic fell to the ground on his back.</FONT></div> <div>      “Sonic, if we're going to beat him, we need more help.” Nathan said.</div> <div>      “You're right.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Fools, I shall kill you again!” Maræos said.</div> <div>      Sonic and Nathan looked at each other and then burst out laughing.</div> <div>      “What's so funny?” Maræos said.</div> <div>      “Kill us all you want, but three seconds after that we'll be back.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “I'll kill you again and again until you stop coming back!” Maræos said as he started too rapid <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >fire some energy beams.</FONT></div> <div>      Nathan and Sonic dodged them and soon Intelomon shouted, “Got it, it's down, destroy it!”</div> <div>      “With pleasure!” Sonic said as he and Nathan gathered energy for an attack.</div> <div>      “No don't!” Maræos said as he tried to stop them. It was too la<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >te Nathan and Sonic fired their attacks and destroyed the generator.</FONT></div> <div>      In the blinding light of the explosion, Sonic and crew got out of the base and ran back to the van through the underground tunnels.</div> <div>      “No, everything is ruined, there is no way I can get <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >O'Cloral back.” Maræos said, “I must contact him.”</FONT></div> <div>      O'Cloral had been growing impatient, “Come on Maræos I should be able to get back by now.”</div> <div>      “Sir.” Maræos said, “I have some bad news for you.”</div> <div>      “What is it Maræos?” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “Intelomon turned trai<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >tor and brought some of his new friends to the base, they've destroyed the portal.” Maræos said.</FONT></div> <div>      “What!” O'Cloral said, “Don't worry I have another way of getting there.”</div> <div>      O'Cloral looked at the amulet Ron was wearing, he stepped out from his hiding spot and blasted Ron in the back, he fell over knocked out cold and O'Cloral took the amulet. He searched for the right door and when the amulet was its brightest he went through the door.</div> <div>      He landed in the desert and instantly transported himself to the base.</div> <div>      “O'Cloral, sir, you finally made it.”<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" > Maræos said.</FONT></div> <div>      “Yes, and now to get revenge on the people that imprisoned me.” O'Cloral said, “Onward to Mobotropolis.”</div> <div>      Meanwhile up on the space station, Steve and the others had been watching the radar.</div> <div>      “Well this can't be good.” T.J. said as he took a quick look at the radar.</div> <div>      “What is it?” Chuck asked walking over.</div> <div>      “Take a look, Sonic and the others are being followed by someone or something.” T.J. said.</div> <div>      “Steve, can you put me in contact with Sonic?” Chuck asked.</div> <div>      “Sure, hang on one second.” Steve said as he patched a communication line up.</div> <div>      “Sonic, who in the world is following you?” Chuck said.</div> <div>      “There's someone following us?” Sonic asked.</div> <div>      “Yes.” Metal said.</div> <div>      “You don't think it<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >'s Maræos?” Nathan asked.</FONT></div> <div>      “Probably.” Chuck said.</div> <div>      “Well, we need to test the main gun, so why not try and blast him?” Steve suddenly suggested.</div> <div>      “Sure give it a try.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Alright T.J. you hear him, fire up the main gun and fire!” Metal said.</div> <div>      “Right away.” T.J. said as he started to push buttons on the control console.</div> <div>      The front of Freedom opened up to reveal a large solar cannon. As it charged up Steve got a lock on and aimed the cannon at Maræos.</div> <div>      “The cannon is almost ready.” T.J. said.</div> <div>      “Good, we're be in Mobotropolis in a few minutes.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Gun is at full, firing now!” T.J. said as he hit another button.</div> <div>      A massive beam came out of the cannon and hit Maræos.</div> <div>      As the after blast cleared Maræos and O'Cloral stood up.</div> <div>      “Those wimps th<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >ink a solar cannon can stop me!” O'Cloral said, “Come on Maræos, let's go teach them a lesson.”</FONT></div> <div>      “Yes, they need a good beating!” Maræos said as the two continued on their way.</div> <div>      Up on Freedom T.J. looked at the radar, “He's still coming.”</div> <div>      “What?!” Sonic said stopping the van, “That's it, T.J. contact everyone and tell them to get here as soon as they can.”</div> <div>      “Right away Sonic.” T.J. said as he began contacted everyone.</div> <div>      Within a few minutes the entire force was standing ready for Maræos, little did they kno<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >w that O'Cloral was with him.</FONT></div> <div>      “Maræos is going to wish he never came back.” Max said.</div> <div>      Suddenly out of nowhere a large beam appeared and hit Intelomon dead on, he was thrown back a few yards and was heavily beat up.</div> <div>      Sonic ran over to him.</div> <div>      “Sonic, don't worry about me, I can only hope that in what I've done in the last few minutes has made up for the evil I've done.” Intelomon said.</div> <div>      “Don't give up, we can still use your help.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “No, my time is over, please destroy Maræos for me.” Intelomon sa<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >id with his last breath as he went cold.</FONT></div> <div>      “Maræos is going to pay for this.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “Oh really, I don't think you'll get very far.” Maræos said as he landed.</div> <div>      Max turned his eyes towards Maræos and tried to control his anger.</div> <div>      “Why hello again Max, d<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >o you think you'll be able to do better than your elders?” Maræos said.</FONT></div> <div>      Max powered up to level 7 and let out a blast of anger as he fired a beam at Maræos; it was shot off by another beam that came off from the left.</div> <div>      “Who's there?” Max said looking around.</div> <div>      “My, my is that your best attack?” O'Cloral said appearing.</div> <div>      “O'Cloral, how did you get here?” Sonic said in anger.</div> <div>      “With this!” O'Cloral said as he held up Ron's amulet.</div> <div>      “Ron's amulet, how, the only way you could have it is if…” Nathan started to say as he imagined what happened to his son, “No…no, it can't be, you monster! You'll pay for that!”</div> <div>      Nathan powered up to his maximum level and went after O'Cloral. O'Cloral blasted him with a beam, but Nathan was right back up and was after O'Cloral with everything he had.</div> <div>      “Fool, your power is nothing compared to mine.” O'Cloral said as he punched Nathan in the chest. After a few seconds Nathan stood up and looked at O'Cloral.</div> <div>      “If I had been here the first time you came, I would have made sure that you were destroyed instead of being imprisoned!” Nathan said, as he let lose with everything he had, right in O'Cloral's face.</div> <div>      When it was over O'Cloral had barely had a scratch on him. He let out a smirk and blasted Nathan across the desert.</div> <div>      Sonic and Max ran over to him.</div> <div>      “Don't worry guys I'll be fine.” Nathan said.</div> <div>      “Max, you and the others take Maræos, Knuckles, Tails, Metallic, and I will handle O'Cloral for while.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “You sure that's wise dad.” Max asked.</div> <div>      “Yeah, we'll wear him down for you.” Sonic said as he took off.</div> <div>      “Come on guys, Maræos prepare to die!” Max said as the others took off.</div> <div>      “Oh really?” Maræos said.</div> <div> Max let lose with his best attack and following up T.J., Metalla, and Fists each blasted him.</div> <div>      Maræos underestimated his opponen<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >ts; he had some circuit damage.</FONT></div> <div>      Just then Kat, Ariana, and Boomerang showed up and each blasted him with whatever they had.</div> <div>      “So you three have showed up?” Maræos said.</div> <div>      “Bring it on Maræos!” Kat said.</div> <div>      Maræos looked around, even though he was stronger th<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >an Max at the moment, there were too many people, he looked for his best way to get out, and then he saw Metal and Charles standing off on the side.</FONT></div> <div>      “Hey robot each this!” Maræos said as he fired a beam at Metal.</div> <div>      “What the?” Metal said, but it was too late the beam blasted him and did some heavy circuit damage.</div> <div>      “Metal!” Max and Sonic shouted.</div> <div>      “Don't worry about it, I'll be able to fix him.” Charles said as he started to walk towards Metal.</div> <div>      “I don't think so!” Maræos said as he fired another beam.</div> <div>      “Uncle Chuck look out!” Sonic shouted as he tried to get his uncle out of the way, but it was too late. Charles was hit and extensive damage was done to him.</div> <div>      “Don't worry about me Sonic, both Metal and I were getting ready to call it quits anyway, it's just too bad it had to end like this, I'll miss you.” With the Charles and Metal shut down and showed no signs of repairing.</div> <div>      “NO!” Max shouted.</div> <div>      “Well look at that in just a few minutes we've managed to take down four people, that's a record.”<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" > Maræos said.</FONT></div> <div>      “You monster! You're going to pay!” Max shouted as the ground started to shake.</div> <div>      “What's going on?” Maræos said as he looked at Max.</div> <div>      Max's hair started to stand up and is fur became a strange green color, his eyes suddenly turned yellow.</div> <div>      “<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Tahoma CE" >What in the world?” Maræos said.</FONT></div> <div>      “What do you know, I'm at level eight!” Max said, “And you're going to pay for what you've done!”</div> <div>      Max launched off creating a huge sinkhole in the ground. He went into a fistfight with Maræos, but Max quickly ripped off h<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >is robotic arm and blasted him with a beam right in the face.</FONT></div> <div>      Max then upper cut him and Maræos landed on the ground. Max floated above him and let lose with one of the strongest attacks he could manage.</div> <div>      “No!” Maræos said as he tried to block the beam, but it was beyond what he could handle and Maræos was destroyed.</div> <div>      “Looks like your lackey is gone, now it's time for you.” Sonic said looking at O'Cloral.</div> <div>      “Ah, but you see Sonic, I have one last trick up my sleeve.” O'Cloral said as he took out the amulet.</div> <div>      “What are you going to do with that?” Sonic asked.</div> <div>      “This thing is what allows you to come back again and again no matter how many times I kill you, I can't have that, so I'm going to stop you!” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “How did you learn that?” Metallic asked.</div> <div>      “While I was having fun with that other two tailed freak I overheard him talking about the amulet, that's when I learned I could use that to get back here.” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      Nathan got up completely healed and looked at O'Cloral, “Don't let him break it Sonic!”</div> <div>      “What? Oh no you don't!” Sonic said as he started to run at O'Cloral.</div> <div>      It was too late; O'Cloral snapped the amulet in half.</div> <div>      Sonic froze in his tracks, and so did Knuckles, Tails, Metallic, and Nathan. Beam of light left the bodies and the bodies turned to stone.</div> <div>      O'Cloral dropped the halves and started to laugh.</div> <div>      “No, I'll never see them again.” Max said as rage started to build up inside of him.</div> <div>      Meanwhile on Earth, Kari had grown tired of waiting and could feel something was not right.</div> <div>      She ran back to the temple and straight inside.</div> <div>      “Listen, you need to come with me now, I can feel that something is extremely wrong, O'Cloral must have gotten past Ron!” Kari said.</div> <div>      “What?” Raye said standing up.</div> <div>      “All of you need to come with me we don't have much time!” Kari said as she transformed.</div> <div>      “We're with you!” Amy said as she and the others transformed.</div> <div>      Sailor D opened the gate and all the scouts and Tuxedo Mask stepped into the gate.</div> <div>      They came to the gates and Sailor D saw Ron lying on the floor.</div> <div>      She ran over to him and turned him over, “Ron! Ron! Speak to me are you ok?”</div> <div>      Ron opened his eyes and looked at Sailor D, “O'Cloral, he's gotten to Mobius and he has my amulet.”</div> <div>      Sailor Moon walked over to them and said, “Here, let me help you.”</div> <div>      She used the silver crystal and healed Ron. He stood up and thanked Sailor Moon. The group ran off towards the gate for Mobius.</div> <div>      On Mobius Max's rage was building up, the others had backed away from him for the moment.</div> <div>      “What is he up to now?” O'Cloral said looking at Max.</div> <div>      “You've taken away the only thing I could use to see my parents again!” Max said, “You killed my uncle and murder one of my best friends, I'm going to make you wish you never came back!”</div> <div>      Columns of energy rose from the ground as Max went through another transformation.</div> <div>      As he continued to power up, his body got a crystal color to it and his eyes had a clam red glow to them.</div> <div>      “What in the world?” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “I don't believe it.” Kat said, “He's amazing, does his power ever stop?”</div> <div>      “What's going on?” Boomerang said.</div> <div>      Max finished powering up and looked at O'Cloral with an evil stare, “I am at Mystic Level 9 O'Cloral, you're about to see what happens when you push me to far!”</div> <div>      “Bring it on hedgehog!” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      Max launched off from the ground and speed towards O'Cloral.</div> <div>      O'Cloral jumped into the air and dodged Max. Max saw this and turned up and blasted O'Cloral with a fireball. O'Cloral wasn't heavily damaged, but the burn marks did hurt.</div> <div>      O'Cloral did a back flip and as Max went up past him he upper cut him in the chin. Max started to fall, but he quickly regained his place and let lose a huge yellow beam.</div> <div>      O'Cloral blocked the beam and let lose with his own. Max was hit and landed on the ground. He stood up and looked at O'Cloral, then he fired a gigantic red beam that hit O'Cloral and sent him into the upper atmosphere.</div> <div>      O'Cloral reappeared behind Max and he punched him in the back. Max let out a yelp and then turned around extremely fast and kneed O'Cloral in the side.</div> <div>      O'Cloral grabbed his side and Max punched him right in the face.</div> <div>      “Go Max!” Metalla shouted.</div> <div>      O'Cloral rubbed his face and then blasted Max with a sphere. Max grabbed it and sent it back at O'Cloral. He dodged it and let it continue into space.</div> <div>      “You're better than I thought.” O'Cloral said as he landed on the ground.</div> <div>      “I'm just getting warmed up.” Max said.</div> <div>      “Well you may have won round one my boy, but you haven't seen anything yet!” O'Cloral said as he began to power up.</div> <div>      “I don't think so!” Max said as he jumped towards O'Cloral.</div> <div>      O'Cloral disappeared and reappeared behind Max and put his fists together and hit him right in the back. Max went down into the ground, but was quickly up and off again after O'Cloral.</div> <div>      O'Cloral fired off rounds of fireballs at Max, all of which missed him. Finally Max got close enough to him and punched O'Cloral in the stomach. O'Cloral bent over and when Max came up to give him another blow; O'Cloral brought his head up and rammed it into Max's jaw.</div> <div>      Max went backwards and landed on the ground, O'Cloral went up into the air and fired a gigantic beam at Max.</div> <div>      Suddenly T.J. came out of no where and used all his power to knock the beam away.</div> <div>      “T.J., thanks buddy!” Max said as he got up.</div> <div>      “No problem Max.” T.J. as he looked up at O'Cloral.</div> <div>      “So, this two tailed freak wants to play too?” O'Cloral said towards T.J.</div> <div>      Fists had come over also at full power and together he and T.J. double-teamed O'Cloral.</div> <div>      “Fools, you are no match for me!” O'Cloral said as he knocked Fists out.</div> <div>      “Fists!” T.J. shouted looking at his fallen friend, “Eat laser!”</div> <div>      T.J. did everything he could, but his power was no where near O'Cloral's. After T.J. finished O'Cloral came through the clouds and knocked T.J. out cold.</div> <div>      “T.J.!” Max said as he looked up O'Cloral, “You're going to pay!”</div> <div>      “Wow, I'm really scared.” O'Cloral said sarcastically.</div> <div>      Max let out a huge roar of rage and pulled as much energy into himself as he could. He formed a huge sphere of energy and launched it at O'Cloral.</div> <div>      “What the?” O'Cloral said as he looked at the sphere coming towards him. He couldn't dodge it and it took him into space.</div> <div>      “Awesome shot Max!” Sara said.     </div> <div>      “Better luck next time kid.” O'Cloral said appearing in front of Max.</div> <div>      “What the?” Max said in awe.</div> <div>      “That was a nice attack, but it didn't hurt that much.” O'Cloral said as he vanished in front of Max.</div> <div>      “Where did he go?” Kat asked looking around.</div> <div>      O'Cloral appeared above Max and brought his elbow right down into Max's head.</div> <div>      The attack was too much for Max and he full to the ground in his normal form.</div> <div>      “Max, no.” Sara said looking at her fallen brother.</div> <div>      “Static Pulse Force Power!” Boomerang suddenly shouted.</div> <div>      “Foolish fox.” O'Cloral said as he knocked the blast away, “So, you dare to challenge me again?”</div> <div>      “Yeah, come on bring it on!” Boomerang said.</div> <div>      “Boomerang, stop you don't know what you're getting yourself into!” Sara said.</div> <div>      “Sure I do.” Boomerang said.</div> <div>      “Hang on!” Metalla said running over to join him, she had gone up to her full power.</div> <div>      “Well, it seems were growing more and more desperate!” O'Cloral said as he floated up to Boomerang and Metalla.</div> <div>      “Static Pulse Force Power!” Boomerang shouted.</div> <div>      “Mega Lighting Beam!” Metalla shouted.</div> <div>      O'Cloral was taken by surprise and blasted backwards. He was however nearly unharmed.</div> <div>      “So, you two want to play?” O'Cloral said smirking, “Here, have a Death Shower!”</div> <div>      “What the?” Metalla started to say.</div> <div>      The sky turned black and suddenly columns of energy came down on top of Metalla and Boomerang, before they knew it, the columns imploded on them, instantly knocking both of them out.</div> <div>      “Boomerang, Metalla, no, Steve we have to do something!” Sara said.</div> <div>      “What can we do Sara, we have no power!” Steve said.</div> <div>      “Ariana, Kat, please help us stop O'Cloral.” Sara said turning her attention towards the two.</div> <div>      “No problem.” Kat said as she and Ariana got ready.</div> <div>      “So this is all you have left to offer?” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      Kat and Ariana did their best to stop O'Cloral, both of them landed excellent punched on him, but O'Cloral was too fast, even for Kat, and he managed to get the two to ram into each other, knocking themselves out.</div> <div>      O'Cloral looked at Steve and Sara, he knew they had nothing to even bother to put up a fight, but he still wanted some fun so he decided to fight them.</div> <div>      “Steve, what are we going to do?” Sara said looking at him.</div> <div>      “Stand back, it's time I did something!” Steve said as he charged at O'Cloral.</div> <div>      “Foolish fox, I shall destroy the last of your kind!” O'Cloral said as he launched a massive beam at Steve.</div> <div>      Suddenly from no where a disk shaped object knocked the beam away.</div> <div>      “Looks like we got here just in the nick of time.” Ron said as he and the sailor scouts appeared.</div> <div>      “You're alive!” O'Cloral said looking at Ron.</div> <div>      Ron looked down at the ground and noticed the amulet has broken in half, he looked up at O'Cloral in disgust, “You had to go that low to try and stop us, pitiful O'Cloral.”</div> <div>      “Why you!” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “Spiritual Dimensional Force Blast!” Sailor D shouted.</div> <div>      “Pluto Deadly Scream!”</div> <div>      “Uranus World Shaking!”</div> <div>      “Neptune Deep Submerge!”</div> <div>      “Venus Love and Beauty Shock!”</div> <div>      “Jupiter Oak Evolution!”</div> <div>      “Mars Flame Shooter!”</div> <div>      “Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!”</div> <div>      O'Cloral was over powered and was blown backwards some fifty yards.</div> <div>      “Point!” Ron said as he went into his warrior form.</div> <div>      Sailor Moon transformed into her super form and looked at O'Cloral, “Prepare to be sealed away again!”</div> <div>      “That's what you think!” O'Cloral said getting up and disappearing.</div> <div>      He reappeared behind the scouts, but Tuxedo Mask caught him and sent a rose into his arm.</div> <div>      “Owe!” O'Cloral shouted as the thrones cut through his skin.</div> <div>      “Now Sailor Mini Moon!” Tuxedo Mask shouted.</div> <div>      “Right!” Sailor Mini Moon said as she pulled out her crystal bell, “Please Pegasus, Protect Peoples Dreams, Crystal Twinkle Bell!” Pegasus appeared and pointed his horn and gave Sailor Moon her scepter.</div> <div>      “Moon Gorgeous Meditation!”</div> <div>      “What the?” O'Cloral said as he was hit by the blast.</div> <div>      “That won't be enough!” Sailor D said.</div> <div>      “Mega Rage of Fire!” Ron suddenly shouted as he fired towards O'Cloral's last position.</div> <div>      No one noticed that the amulet halves had started to give off a soft glow.</div> <div>      Suddenly James and Timber came running onto the battlefield carrying the TPA.</div> <div>      “What the heck is that thing?” Sailor D asked.</div> <div>      “This is the elders, Transmographing Power Accelerator.” Timber finally said.</div> <div>      “The what?” Sailor Moon asked.</div> <div>      “The TPA, Sailor Moon, we need yours and Mini Moon's crystals if you don't mind.” Timber said.</div> <div>      “Why do you need them?” Sailor Moon asked.</div> <div>      “The generator needs them to power itself up to full power.” Timber said.</div> <div>      “Hurry, we don't have much time before O'Cloral recovers.” James said.</div> <div>      Max and the others had managed to get themselves up and were looking at the TPA.</div> <div>      “Alright.” Sailor Moon said as she handed Timber hers and Mini Moon's crystals. “But please be careful those crystals are connected to our life force.”</div> <div> “Don't worry they'll be safe.” Timber said.</div> <div> Sailor Moon and Mini Moon were able to stay powered up because Pegasus stayed around. He decided to lend his power in hopes of helping them defeat O'Cloral.</div> <div>      Timber took the crystals and installed them in the machine and then turned it on.</div> <div>      It started to hum and then suddenly the sky got really dark and lighting started to streak through the sky.</div> <div>      “What in the world is going on here?” O'Cloral said appearing.</div> <div>      “You're about to come up against a power like nothing before!” Max said.     </div> <div>      Suddenly the machine shot out a beautiful pastel rainbow beam, it shot into the sky and the clouds turned gold.</div> <div>      “I've never seen anything like it.” Sailor Moon said.</div> <div>      “We'll soon see who is the chosen one.” Timber said.</div> <div>      The beam started to bulge from the sky; everyone was so busy watching the power build up that no one noticed the amulet had reformed itself.</div> <div>      Suddenly the beam burst from the sky and went flying towards the one person no one expected would be the chosen one, Sara.</div> <div>      It hit her with such force that it shot everyone back, the beam engulfed her and no one could see through it.</div> <div>      “Such power!” O'Cloral said looking at the machine, “It will be mine!”</div> <div>      He started to walk over to the machine, but he noticed 6 shadowed figures standing in his way.</div> <div>      “Move out of my way!” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “I don't think so pal.” One of them said.</div> <div>      “Get a clue.” Another one said.</div> <div>      “Who said that?” O'Cloral said trying to see past the overpowering glare coming off of the beam.</div> <div>      “Wouldn't you like to know?” A third one said.</div> <div>      Max looked over at O'Cloral, but couldn't see what he was looking at,</div> <div>      “What's up with O'Cloral?” Max asked.</div> <div>      “Don't know.” T.J. said.</div> <div>      Just as fast as it appeared, the beam disappeared. Sara had turned nearly pure white and she had a golden glow coming off of her. She was hovering a few feet off of the ground and had somehow formed feathered wings on her back.</div> <div>      “I don't believe it, my own sister is the chosen one!” Max said.</div> <div>      Suddenly O'Cloral could see who was blocking him.</div> <div>      “No, I don't believe it!” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “Believe it, we're back!” Sonic said stepping forward.</div> <div>      “Thanks for giving us all that time in the amulet, you know you forgot one thing.” Nathan said.</div> <div>      “And what's that?” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “The amulet has no respect for time, in the ten or so minutes you've been fighting out here, we fixed up the amulet so according to our time we've trained for ten thousand years compared to the ten minutes you've been wasting your energy.” Tails said.</div> <div>      “And in that time Sonic, myself, Tails, and Nathan have managed to work our way up to mystic level 5.” Knuckles said.</div> <div>      “We brought a friend that wants a word with you too.” Sonic said stepping out of the way to reveal a darker hedgehog that looked evil.</div> <div>      “Hey I saw him in a video game once, I think they called him Shadow.” Boomerang said.</div> <div>      “No, he isn't anyone named Shadow, he's the derobotosized form of Metal.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “I don't believe it, you managed to derobotosize Metal?” Max said.</div> <div>      “Oh yes, and he's very upset at what happened to him.” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “It doesn't matter how upset he is, no one can stop me!” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “Think again!” Sara said in a god-like voice.</div> <div>      “And what do you think you can do miss glow?” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “You reign of terror is over, it's time for some payback!” Sara said as she used her power to lift O'Cloral literally five feet off the ground, she pulled her energy and fired a white beam straight at O'Cloral, it carried him into space.</div> <div>      “Wow.” Max said as he went to level 9.</div> <div>      “That won't destroy him, he'll be back, even with this power, I can't stop him.” Sara said.</div> <div>      “Sonic, I think it's time we called in some reinforcements.” Nathan said.</div> <div> “I think so too.” Sonic said, “They are eager to fight you know.”</div> <div>      “Yes, I know.” Nathan said as he took the amulet and opened it.</div> <div>      Suddenly beam after beam came out of the amulet until it took the forms of all the heroes of Mobius' past.</div> <div>      Even Uncle Chuck, who they also derobotosized appeared.</div> <div>      O'Cloral appeared to see 46 people standing up against him.</div> <div>      “So, you think you can stop me?” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “I think it's time we show you what we're made of!” Blade said.</div> <div>      “Don't underestimate our power!” Li said.</div> <div>      “So you think you can over power me?” O'Cloral asked laughing.     </div> <div>      Everyone went to their max level and started to form multiple circles.</div> <div>      “Prepare to fry!” Kaoz said.</div> <div>      “Time for action!” Bat said.</div> <div>      Li, Blade, Amy, Beth, Bat, Kaoz, Amy Rose, Jennifer, Dekkar, Sally, Rotor, Bunnie, Antione, Chuck, Sonia, and Manic formed an outside row. Super Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, D, Mini Moon, and Tuxedo Mask formed an inner circle. Ariana, Kat, Boomerang, Steve, T.J., Ron, Metalla, Fists, Metallic, and Metal formed and inner, inner circle. Standing in the center of the three circles, facing outward were Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, Nate and Nathan. In the center of it all was Pegasus with Luna, Diana and Artemis under him. Standing on top of Pegasus, holding hands facing each other were Super Sailor Moon and Max. Hovering above them was Sara.</div> <div> The circles started to spin extremely fast, each circle went opposite from the one in front generating enormous power; each sent their power into the next row, until it reached the group of five. Each of them took the power and multiplied it before sending it to Pegasus who multiplied it even more before sending it up to Sailor Moon and Max. As it stalled there gaining monstrous power, Sara looked at O'Cloral.</div> <div>      “Impressive, but it isn't enough to stop me.” O'Cloral said.</div> <div>      “You have severely underestimated our combined power, what you have seen is only a fraction of what will hit you.” Sara said as she made O'Cloral float to eye level with her.</div> <div>      He tried to break away, but she held him there.</div> <div>      Max and Sailor Moon gave everything they had and then sent the beam up to Sara; by now it had grown powerful enough to rival that of even the big bang.</div> <div>      O'Cloral saw his grave mistake and tried even harder to break free, but Sara still held him.</div> <div>      She multiplied the power even more until finally it was ready. Sara reared back and said two words that will always be remembered in Mobius history.</div> <div>      “Heavens' Cannon!” She shouted as a massive beam came out of her body.</div> <div>      She let go of her hold on O'Cloral, put it was too late, it hit him with such force it practically tore off his skin and killed him there. The others kept pumping power up to Sara giving the beam everything they had. O'Cloral tried to fight back and looked like he was going to break the beam, but Sara unleashed the full power of the attack and O'Cloral was carried into space. As they watched the beam go faster than 15 times the speed of light they were pleased that they had managed to destroy O'Cloral finally. They saw the explosion from a distance of 100 light-years and they were sure the job was done.</div> <div>      Sara, Max, and Sailor Moon landed on the ground. Everyone, but Sara returned to their normal power.</div> <div>      They looked at her in awe, suddenly she gave out collapsed and returned to her normal form.</div> <div>      Sonic and Nathan walked up to her and helped her up.</div> <div>      “Awesome job Sara, didn't know you were going to be the chosen one. Are you all right?” Sonic said.</div> <div>      “I'm fine dad just a little tired.” Sara said.</div> <div>      “She's more than the chosen one, she'll keep those powers, seems they don't want to leave her body.” Nathan said.</div> <div>      “You mean that wasn't a one time thing?” Sara asked.</div> <div>      “Nope, you'll have those powers until the day you die and beyond that even.” Nathan said.</div> <div>      “I like what you've done with the city.” Blade said.</div> <div>      “Yes, very nice.” Amy Rose said.</div> <div>      Cyrus, who had also appeared with them, walked over.</div> <div>      “Awesome job!” He said.</div> <div>      “I think we need a party!” Boomerang said.</div> <div>      “First I want to clear something up since Jennifer is here.” Sara said.</div> <div>      “Sure, What's up, Sara?” Jennifer Asked.</div> <div>      “Well,” Sara started to say but then looking around she realized that Jennifer wasn't the only business that needed to be taken care off. “Fists could you come here a minute?”</div> <div> “Sure, Sara, What's wrong?”</div> <div> “Nothing, I need you to get something for me?”</div> <div> “What?”</div> <div> She whispered something in his ear. “But I can't.”</div> <div> “Please Fists it's important. A small shard is all I need.”</div> <div> “What does she want Fists?”</div> <div> “She wants…” Fists started to say when Sara interrupted him.</div> <div> “If I had wanted everyone to know I would have asked you out loud.”</div> <div> “To do what you ask would mean going all the way to the floating Island and back.”</div> <div> Knuckles walked over and the three of them talked for a few minutes before he said, “But Sara you know that's dangerous.”</div> <div> “Don't you think I can handle it?” Sara asked.</div> <div> “Well, no it's not that.” Knuckles said.</div> <div> “Then will you go and get what I need?” Sara asked.</div> <div> “It's still dangerous, besides Fists is right it would take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours there and back.”</div> <div>  “Why didn't you say so? That's no problem.” Sara said as she put her hands close together and closed her eyes. Suddenly a brilliant light started to form between her hands and slowly started to spread.</div> <div> “Hey what's happening?” Max asked.</div> <div> “It appears your sister's learning to use her new powers.” Nathan said just as the light engulfed everyone. When the light cleared everyone looked around to find that they were now on the floating island.</div> <div> “Wow, how did you do that?” Fists asked.</div> <div> “Easy I just set my mind on the Floating Island and here we are.</div> <div> “Cool!” Fists said as he and Knuckles took off. </div> <div> “I think we'd better talk to the Oracle later it seems Sarah's powers are stronger than we thought.” Nathan said to Sonic.</div> <div> “I think your right.” Sonic said.</div> <div> “Sonic, how was she able to do that?” Tails asked.</div> <div> “I didn't think her powers were that strong.” Nate said.</div> <div> “What's everyone so worried about? With her new powers any new enemy that appears won't stand a chance.” Sonia said.</div> <div> “Yeah, well I think Nathan's right though we really need to talk to the Oracle about her new powers.” Sonic said.</div> <div> Sara walked over to talk to Jennifer. “Hi J.”</div> <div> “Hi Sara did you want to talk to me about something?” Jennifer asked.</div> <div> “Yeah, I know I shouldn't have and I know it was wrong and I know I wouldn't want anyone reading mine, but I just couldn't help it.” Sara said kind of fast.</div> <div> “Whoa, Calm down Sara. What are you talking about?” Jennifer said.</div> <div> “Oh, yeah right sorry. Metalla do you still have the book?” Sara asked.</div> <div> “What book?” Metalla asked.</div> <div> “The Journal.”</div> <div> “Oh, yeah it's in your backpack I'll get it.” Metalla said getting Sara's backpack and handing her the journal.</div> <div>      “You girls have been reading my journal?” Jennifer asked.</div> <div> “Well Sara was reading it first, I tried to stop her but she showed it to me and I couldn't resist either. I'm Sorry.” Metalla said.</div> <div> “Yeah, but why didn't you ever tell us that you were related to Robotnik?” Sara asked.</div> <div> Everyone but Sonic, Sonia, Manic and Sailor D turned to Jennifer in shock.</div> <div> “Sara that's mean to accuse someone of something like that.” Max said hoping it was a bad joke.</div> <div> “It's alright Max. Sara's right I probably should have told you. It's just that of all the things I've learned about my past that's not one I like to spread around.” Jennifer said.</div> <div> “You mean it's true?” Steve asked.</div> <div> “Unfortunately yes, Robotnik was my father.”</div> <div> “Wait a minute I thought you guys told us everything!” Tails asked.</div> <div> “Well that wasn't really important. We told you all our secrets but that just wasn't one we thought everyone needed to know.” Manic said.</div> <div> “NOT IMPORTANT! We have half Overlander living with us and you don't think it's that important?! Li asked.</div> <div> “Half is the operative word there. We didn't tell you because we wanted it to be a surprise. The first time was just a freak accident. This time it seems you learned and gained power. So if the need ever arises again then the star lighting bolt in the center will be come active and if you press it you can become the fox again.
