We are both living and working in Santiago and plan to be married in a couple of months.
We're still working out the details though.
We must be married civilly before we can be married by the church
and would prefer to do the legal steps where the marriage laws are less machista than in Chile.
Is there anyone who knows what they are like in Argentina
or how we would go about getting civilly married in Mendoza or Buenos Aires?

HI, Hola: Adam y yo nos casamos en Berkeley, CA hace casi 9 anos cuando los dos eramos muy jovenes (we met at UCB).
El adora Chile y le gustaria vivir alla y a mi eventualmente tambien ya que yo no planeaba quedarme aqui por mas de dos semestres.
Despues del schok inicial mi familia lo quiere mucho porque ven que somos felices.
Adam aprendió español muy rapido (visitamos Chile y otros paises latinoamericanos muy seguido)
y en alma el es chileno - aunque no soporta la burocracia chilena - y yo tampoco.
De su familia yo he aprendido el amor por la naturaleza y lla sencillez.
Hasta ahora todo bien, veremos cuando tengamos hijos (posiblemente el proximo año).

This is our picture!

We meet us in the last hour's I stand in Santiago, short before I had to leave after vacations in a pizzeria near Plaza Italia.
So we was communicate by e-mail and fone and fall in love.
One year later we see us back in Santiago and start to make a trip to the south down to Cap Horn.
In March we coming home to Germany together and marry on the 1st of october 2005.
