21.12.00 "Director Chow On Ji's new film YI YUET SUP SEI (FEBRUARY 14) has cast Chang Chen and Hsu Chi and will shoot on location in Seattle, Singapore, and Taiwan. This film funded by Chinese and Singapore resources is a story about family and romantic love. Though the title is February 14 (Valentine's Day), the director says those with love are not just the boyfriend and girlfriend. Chang Chen in the film will play a stubborn man who meets Hsu Chi, a woman with a different family background.
