We have these 2 Charters here to inform the Members of Caladin Weyr what the Bod Rights and Responsiblities are and also what the Member Rights are as well.

Member Charter of Rights.

We the BoD promise to grant all rights listed below to all Members of Caladin Weyr regardless of Race,religion or gender,as long as they abide by the Weyr RULES!

1)All Members will be free to RP without being flamed for any reason.
2)No-one shall disrespect ANY member of the Weyr. Anyone doing so shall be dealt with quickly.
3)All persona's created by any Member is theirs alone. No-one may play,Rp or write about them without permission of the creator.
4)Any Members who have aproblem may ask for mediation by the BoD. All descions made will be final and fair.
5)All mebers are encouraged to start RP's as long as it doesn't involve Mating Flights. Mating Flights must be scedualed with the BoD.
6)Anyone may apply for a Gold,as long as one is on the Sands and you have no other active Gold's in any 14th Pass Weyr. We do that to be fair so everyone can have a chance at getting a Gold.
7)All members must fulfull their requirementsfor the Zine!!! No if's and's or but's!!!
8) Remeber a Ranking sona(Weyrleader 2,Weyrling Master,ETC) does not make you a BoD member!!!! BoD positions must be earned and are limited to 5 BoDers at one time!!
9)All members must have fun!!!! If you do not like having fun then Caladin is not the place for you!!!

 
BoD Charter of Rights and Responsiblities.
We,the Bod,will abide by the Rules set forth here.

1)The BoD is here to make RPing fun and fair for ALL members...We will not play favorites.
2)We will monitor and make sure all members are being treated fairly.
3)We will mediate any situation when asked as quickly as possible.
4)We will not lord our position over any member of the Weyr....Remember,A BoD position is a Priviledge not a RIGHT!!!!
5)We will NEVER mix BoD politics with any RP. There is a time and place for both but never together.
6)All internal problems will be handled by the Founding Members of the Weyr only!!! All descions will be final and fair to all parties!!!
7)No-one but the Founding members can ban a member from the Weyr for any reason!!! If you feel that a member should be banned talk to us about it.
8)We will not tolerate any Members who do not RP at least once a month.If you are idle for too long we will put your sona in the "Limbo File of Doom"!! At least untill we hear from you.:)
9)No sexual talk in an RP will be tolerated!!! We have some 13 year old members and do not want them exposed to it!!!!
10) All BoD members will do their assigned duty. No pushing it off onto someone else. Anyone caught doing this will be removed from the BoD!!!!
