Recently there was a concerned expressed by a visitor to my guest book who neglected
to leave any means in which to be contacted. She was concerned that I was using
Jessica Galbreth's work without permission so I checked with Jessica to ensure that she
in fact had granted permission to me back in 99-2000 and this is what she wrote back.

I have just recently asked people not to make tubes, because they are so easy to steal without giving credit.
You probably created these long before I made this new rule so don't worry too much about it :-)
As long as you have my web site linked and a disclaimer stating that others must link to me,
I won't worry too much about it. But, in the future, I'd just ask that you don't create any more tubes with my artwork.
My graphics-oriented friends explain to me that offering free tubes encourages abuse of artists work - this is why I added that "new rule".
