These tubes are made from fonts that I found at

Here are some samples of how they can be used.

This one doesn't 'close' all the way so you are kind of limited, but it can be used on pretty much any background and then add something to it.	This one here and most of the others, if you open a new image, add a layer, place the tube on the second layer, click on background so you have the 'marching ants' around the image, merge all visible, copy and paste this is what it would look like.	This one here, I cut away the feather and then enhanced it with BladePro, enhanced the base with the same program and then pasted the feather back in place.
