I spot a flower
In midst of a bunch of rubble
Its branches withered and torn
Little blossom's tight against their breast
Slowly it opens each pedal to the sun
Raising to bask in the sunlight
But slowly withers and dies
So goes the pages of our life
If we do not bask in the sunlight of our life
We will slowly wither and die away
Make your mark upon the world now
For it won't go unnoticed
Someone will walk the path
Stumble upon your flower
And will if for only a little while
Just for a moment
You have left your mark
You will have achieved
Your moment in the sun
