In the midst of the night
A flame arose from the dark
Seeking out the flame
Brings forth a passion
Long foreseen
But forgotten
God gives us eyes
But we do not see
He gives us a heart
But we do not feel
We use our minds
For material purpose
Not seeing what
Is meant for us
It is the fire behind the flames
The essence of our being
The dweller inside
Wanting out to kiss the flames
With an ignition
That will never go out
We wander alone
As one
In need of the fulfillment of our desires.
But alone we are
Till we touch souls.
No one knows the touch
Till they feel it
Once felt there is no turning back
Only forward into the land
Where passion is built
Desire leads them on
When successfully found
There is no more loneliness
A strength has tied the bridges
A powerful bond has been stretched out
With each step
We bring it closer
With each day a bond forms
Stronger than life itself
