Low Carb Gummies

Yes, you can make your own ;-) The first recipe has been around since at least Oct. 1999, with many variations. There are also commercial products widely available online.

>>>>>

GENERAL TIPS:

- Be creative with your flavors, try different combinations. Use flavor oils for greater range of options. You can get flavor oils at
Great American spice Co.
Nature's Flavors
(see my Links page below for hyperlinks to these vendors)

- You can pour the mixture:
--- onto a plate. Peel from plate and cut into strips, roll and cut with scissors, use small cookie cutters (the kind you can buy for appetizers or cake decorations).
--- OR you can pour the mixture into candy molds, which you can find at any craft store.
--- OR you can pour the mixture into a square pan, then cut into squares or long strips.
--- OR you can cut them into really small dice and mix up a bunch of different flavors, like Dots candy.

- These keep well and can be put into baggies for convenience.

- These have protein due to the gelatin =-)
