My name is Bill Hughes and I live in
Mancelona, Michigan which is by
Traverse City.

is a picture of my T102 Copar Panzer that I acquired about 6
years ago from under a Maple tree. It had no engine or tranny and I
modified it to work with a Crosley 3 speed and a Briggs and Stratton 8
HP aluminum engine with a 6 to 1 reduction. I found an original 9 hp B&S cast
iron motor for it this fall and I am in the process of rebuilding it to
install before spring. We use it in the GT pulls in the area and my
youngest son started pulling it when he was 7 years old. |

| The second picture is of a 67 Rugg Carpet Cut that I rescued from a junk
pile this fall and gave to a friend's 4 year old son and he is the one on
it. It has the 4 hp B&S engine with the forward and reverse only
tranny. |

I also collect, restore and pull the old Sears tractors and currently have a
Custom 7, a Suburban 725, a Suburban 12, a Sears/roper 14 hp OHV, adn a
Sears Roper 16 hp with the single B&S cast iron16 hp.
I also have a Copar Panzer T65 that I am in the process of restoring. Although I ahve several pulling tractors I have never pulled one
myself. I am interested only in preparing them for my kids to pull and watching them
do that is enough for me.
