VOICE OF RAIN
Who are you I said to the falling shower
I am the poem of the earth said the
Voice of rain.
I give back life to my own, beautifying it
sent by god, falling from clouds
to make the earth sing again.
I smile as i walk in the refreshing night
walking in natures paradise
bare footed, playing in puddles
basking in heavens lake.
The music of the rain filling
my time and space
Crying gentle tears of happiness
upon my face.

We Are One
As I sit among the fallen leaves
finding joy beneath the autumn trees
I watch in silence
as the birds draw near
to gather their seeds
with no trace of fear
I listen in wonder
as the birds start to sing
I feel blessed once again
to be a part of all things
For I am the breeze that caresses your cheek
and I am the thoughts in your heart when you speak
I am the stars that shine brightly at night
and I am the wings when your soul makes it's flight
I am the love that all souls can share
I'm a part of the light that
shines everywhere
All of these things
that I have described
can be seen just as closely
through anyone's eyes
We are all a part of the infinite One
feel the peace in your surroundings
and when you are done
like countless before us
we will all see
that I am you, and you are me
By His grace we will see
another beautiful day
and be together as one
in Him
and the Way
