Roy D. Mercer is the wonderful creation of two D.J.'s by the name of Brent Douglas and Phil Stone at KMOD Studios in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Their brand of humor is absolutely fantastic and I get such a laugh from listening to them. Check out some of the files and I'm sure you'll see what I mean. My favorite is "Dead Hampster".
