Rail Safety Alerts! Be aware of your surroundings while at work. Report anything and anyone that raises your suspicions. Beware of red blocks. You're not just looking for trains and banners When it comes to our safety, being politically correct is out the window. Profiling? That's your call. If I ever see a person who just doesn't fit in the category of the people I normally see around the tracks, I'm dialing 911. You all know what types and races of people you see along the railroad during your trip. Certain nationalities don't fall into that category, at least on my district. So, if one pops up, I'm calling the cops.
