It's never been easier. Simply print the BLE application and the wage assignment/ revocation form. Fill them out and mail to:

You do not have to contact anyone. We will do the rest. The necessary forms are to the left. You do not have to pay anything up front if you mail your forms directly to us. All dues and job insurance premiums will be handled through our Division.
BRCF and LECMPA job insurance providers are both on NS payroll deduction. Print the application form(s) fill out and mail to Greg Bradberry. Do not mail directly to BRCF or LECMPA. Do not include a check. We will handle this with the insurance providers and NS payroll.
Disability insurance is available to members of Division 73. A monthly premium of $26.70 provides $1200 per month benefits for off the job injury and around the clock sickness. On the job injury coverage is available for an additional premium. Premiums are on NS Payroll along with your BLE dues. Our Sec/Treas forwards the premiums to the insurance company. Print the application, fill it out and mail to Greg Bradberry.
