Personal Leave amendment relating to carry over days. Also, be aware that PL Days cannot be claimed as a temporary vacancy. If an engineer takes 2 PL Days on June 29 and June 30, and he starts his vacation on July 1, you cannot be placed on the vacancy until July 1. If an engineer takes 8 personal leave days in a row, you still cannot claim it as a temporary vacancy until the 6th day.
