Frink and Scorpio's first meeting didn't go very well. Scorpio kidnaps him and pulls him into his limo. Frink responds by trying to kill Scorpio with his death ray. Notice the nice hole on the right, he almost did so. I LOVE this drawing. I like the colors, the inside of Hank's car and Frinks screwed up new look. He's completely lost it by now. The shadowing came out nicely and my favorite thing about this is probably the transperant smoke and melting on the wall of the car.
