I wanted to try out a new
style of art that I had seen at an art message board. Basically
it's coloring without black lines and that's what I did to the
moon. I figured it out and got it down on my first attempt. Pretty
good huh? Well I HATE IT!! I hate the board I go to and most of
the people there, so I have no idea why I wanted to see if I could
paint like them. It doesn't even look like one of my drawings.
It looks like someone else made it. Yes I drew this. I guess now
at least I know that I CAN mimic their style and it is a gift
that I have, being able to mimic other people's style. I did it
once, I know I can do it now and I'll never do it again. Give
me the traditional cartoon look any day over this fluffy artsy
crap. I'll be true to myself from now on. BUT, I do like my original
shading that I did on Frink and his car. So it's not a total loss.
