Oatmeal Bars


2c. packed br. sugar		2-1/2c. flour			14oz. condensed milk
1c. butter			1t. baking soda		        2T. butter
2 eggs				3c. oats			1c. chopped nuts
1t. vanilla			12oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits 1t. vanilla
Heat oven to 350o Grease jelly roll pan, 151/2x10-1/2x10-1/2x1". Mix br. sugar,
1c. butter, eggs and 1t. vanilla, add flour and baking soda. Stir in oats.
Reserve 1/3 of this oat mixture. Pres remaining mixture into pan that chocolate,
milk and 2T. butter.
