Mavado



Mavado was the leader of the Red Dragon. His only goal was to destroy the Black Dragon. He thought he had accomplished that when two men by the names of Quan Chi and Shang Tsung came to see him. They told him there was one last Black Dragon member, Kano. They said if he could get the Agency’s inter-realm portal destroyed, they would take him to Kano. He ordered Hsu Hao to blow it up.
