Hsu Hao



Hsu Hao was a Red Dragon who was given the responsibility to infiltrate Special Forces. From within Special Forces he was to lead them to Black Dragon members. Much later he was given the assignment to blow up the inter-realm portal. He got an Ion Pulse Bomb and escaped to Outworld.
