Some problems of electoral anthroposociognosis in the power market conditions

The power processes in our country, in particular procedures of power' (might’, authority’, krateia’, potesta’, ssullutaat’, vlast’) legitimation, which are usually connected with elections and, accordingly, with struggle for the voter, for electorat (a very nice new-russian word, isn’t it?!), have huge meaning (importance) in life of egalitaristically orientationned societies (these are most in West ones and they are more ideological and economical aggressiv (very expansionnal for market) ones) with the rich market of concurented political йlites. In the newest domestic history the experience of such processes only collects, but already it is possible to make some conclusions.
   As a rule, the applicants (pretendents) on legitime power (they already have power,  but, by origine, it is not very legitimated) prefer to influence to the voter by rational or near to them means, for example, by aesthetic receptions, by  clean logics of reasonings, by persuasiveness of the programs, by fundamentality of images of advertising, by charm of the persons of the applicants, by unique erudition, by super-foreign high education...
But that's not enough. Even  most of very large political figures in our country it don't give back themself the complete report that the significant part of electorat perceives the similar information not quite adequately, and sometimes and to within «on the contrary», and, proceeding from its such development, makes the choice directly on selective sites, provided that such electorat' information influences the voter directly or obliquely the certain critical period. Of huge and long attention from the mass media party democratic movements could not complain: them demonstrated under that or other pretext, perhaps, over any measure. Antipositivistically focused, i.e. irrationalistical, traditionalistical, conservative and radical public forces were compelled to break to the voter sometimes by means of scandal, and it could be reflected on halo of them , as it is perceived by electorat, consciously or unconsciously. The reason of indirect, inadequate development of the information, including electorat' one, is, along with much by another, mental viruses. If to lean against morphology of the spiritual world of the man, as it is represented by the largest psychologists S.Freud, G.I.Gyurdzhiyev, P.D.Uspensky, so the residence of mental viruses it is necessary to recognize the sphere of unconscious. The mental viruses can be defined as plying in subconsciousness  the polyvalent chains of fragmentary inrealized of installations (logics) of mentality, controlled and  managing itselves at a level that of subconsciousness with the help of order-codes (verbal, figurative, imagional, emotional, sensoric) and periodically forming realized, plus-minus longer pulses, needs (requirement), motives, interests to acceptance the unexpected for consciousness decisions.
   Togrther with the factors of consciousness and pre-consciousness the mental viruses form a basis of characteristic individual and social qualities of the person - MV-personalizing and МV-socializing ones. In the realized plan the viruses are shown themselves through speech, by gestures, aesthetic predilections, manner, poses, behaviour, habit, hobbies and other, including they are reflected in somatical features of the person (detailed typology of MVs, including their external «addresses» requires special consideration. These displays can be objectivated (protocolled) by the experts and rather authentically interpreted, deciphered and submitted as the detailed operative information concerning installations of the individual or the socium. As a rule, the basic installations able to interest of the applicants for authority, are installations on: extravertism, introvertism, sadism, mazochism, sado-mazochism, altruism, collectivism, egoism etc., that'is, with reference to struggle for authority - on propensity to accept or to reject the rigid forms of management, to blame for all itself or to search for an enemy, to struggle for on life in the single or shoulder to a shoulder with the comrades, to accept the decisions competently and weighedly or to be given back on will of great russian Авось (on the off-chance). Outside of the carrier set the MVs-joint by means of fluides form a biopower fields. The characteristics of this field are, in particular, consciously or unconsciously strong-willed mechanics of initiation (for example, involuntary hypnotizing, mental infection), infinite long distance action and addressing all-penetrating and all-achievement. On a level of consciousness the spontaneous influence of biopower fields also penetrates in the deformed kind. Some people are well protected from influence of external biopower fields by ao named caps and environments, or are able operatively to resist to dangers of mental influences of undesirable character. Verbal means of such protection from influence of different fields are well known blasphemous (russian  мат, «mat», damnation) or sacral (prayers, mahthrahs) expression and gestures, but frequently they minimazed an energy potential of protecting onemselves ones for the benefit of attacking (so, the damnation amateurs earlier and more appreciable grow old, and item). By other means of protection (and the attacks) are amulets, thalismanns, ornaments with individualized symbolical meaning (importance) and action. Their illiterate use is dangerous to all sites.
   The dialogue of the applicants on authority with their electorat is mostly dialogue at a level of subconsciousness, i.e. the dialogue of symbols, archetypes, myths, - to what, as a rule, is not given of episthemological value. But these facts are rather huges in powermarket' processes too.

Никакой персональный контрольной за каждым избирателем с тем, чтобы он проголосовал честно, невозможен; возможны только массовые технологии, наличие соответствующей совести (уж какая есть; а вот здесь уж где вы, инженеры человеческих душ?!) и тот или иной статус взлелеянного в атмосфере реформы менталитета. В состав массовых технологий и должны входить поправки на специфику электората, которого столичные политики ни фига не знают (что и видно по идущим в Интерент парламенте разговорам). Представьте: Костромская область размером с два Израиля, а населения - всего около 800 тыс. человек, из них большинство старики да дети, да и то на югозападе области. Кто тут кого будет контролировать? В советское время работали верно, по принципу: достучаться до каждого. Но стучали не тем. А теперь неча пенять! Вы сами внедряете эти демократические процедуры, рассчитанные на копеечных свистульках западной мысли, не поняв нутра избирателя, а потом удивляетесь, почему русские голосуют за Жириновского, а югославы голосуют за Милошевича, которого СМИ США да и всей Европы размывали изо всей силы, и не помогают ни санкции, ни даже бомбы. А взамен Милошевича выберут еще кого покруче. А почему? Читайте выше (по английски).
