Light and quick and fearsome like her namesake,
This fair and lovely warrior woman,
This flower who can in rapier games make
Any opponent take notE, fears no man.
Yet her ready smile can cheer any heart,
And her able hands lighten many loads.
Her wit sharper than steell See her eyes dart!
For one look, who would not travel far roads?
The man who stands by her side is well-bless'd
And knows a grace and beauty few will see.
In her company what mortal could rest,
when in her goodly service he could be?
He who at last is by her respected
Will find his heart and life well-protected.
