Cheng Baguazhang
The Cheng Tinghua system of Baguazhang is probably the most popular of Baguazhang form practised today, in its various incarnations.
Cheng Tinghua had many wushu friends, including those from Taijiquan and Xingyiquan, and would often exchange techniques and knowledge with them.
Throughout his life, his Baguazhang continuously evolved.
Six Harmonies Baguazhang - this comes from the lineage of Cheng Tinghua's oldest son - Cheng Yulong. It is more fluid than most of the other forms of Baguazhang.
Nine Palace Baguazhang (Jiu Gong Baguazhang) This method was developed by Liu Bin (a Daoist scholar). The forms are very elaborate in this system an there appears to be a Xingyiquan influence.
Cheng Village Baguazhang - this method is derived from the teachings of Cheng Tinghua's middle son. Cheng would periodically return to his home village and teach. The method is similar to Six Harmonies Baguazhang, but use the same amount of fluidity.
