Li Cunyi (1847 -1921 )
Li Cunyi (1847-1921) from Shenxian county of Hebei province. Travelled through Shandong, Hebei and Shanxi provinces for finding teachers of martial arts. Studied xingyiquan from Liu Qilan, baguazhang from Cheng Tinghua. During Yihetuan Reebllion he received a nickname "Dandao Li" ("One-sabre Li"). At the end of life worked at Guard Bureau. At 1911 together with Ye Yunbiao, Ma Fengtu and Zhang ZHankui founded "Zhonghua wushi hui" ("Assotiation of China warriors") in Tianjin, and became its vice-president. At september of 1918 together with Zhang Zhankui, Han Muxia and Li Jianqiu moved to Beijing to the "Tournament of powermen from 10.000 countries" to defeat russian KangTaiEr.
Li Mengrui (1888 - 1977)
Li Mengrui (1888-1977), nickname Shaoan. From Heyang county of Shandong province. When he was 20 years old, he studied baguazhang from Liang Zhenpu, became very skillful, received a nickname "ironarm Li the 4th". At 1948 he returned to the home village and became to teach students.
Li Wenbiao (? -1925)
Li Wenbiao (?-1925)from Yixian county of Hebei province. Studied baguazhang from Cheng Tinghua. Taught in Shenyang.
Li Ziming (1900 - 1994)
Li Ziming (1900-1994), from Jixian county of Hebei province. Liziming was Liang Zhenpu's student, in Tianjin also received instructions from Jiu Qingyuan (Yin Fu's student). He perfected his skill during dozens of years, and began to teach his first seven students when he was 74 years old. Li Ziming was the first head of Beijing society for researching baguazhang.
Lian Zhenpu (1863-1932)
Liang Zhenpu (1863-1932) from Jixian county of Hebei province. For improving health father sent 14-years-old Zhenpu to Dong Haichuan. After the Revolution of 1911 Liang became a head of Guard Bureau.
Liang Zhenpu was born May 12, 1863.
Liu Baozhen (1861 -1922)
Liu Baozhen (1861-1922) was skilled in using dao broadsword, so people called him "Feidao Liu" ("Liu - flying sabre"). During childhood he studied chuojiao from some Zhang and Ma. Later studied baguazhang from Dong Haichuan.
Liu Dekuan (? - 1911)
Liu Dekuan (?-1911) from Cangzhou, Hebei province. From "Metall spear Xu Liu" studied "big spear of six co-ordinations" and became known as "Daqiang Liu" ("Big spear Liu"). In Hubei province he studied six sets with fangtian huaji (drawed pole-axe of square heaven). From bandit Lu Lin he studied "18 devil's methods of using hands" and using the secret weapon "half-moon dart". From Dong Haichuan he studied baguazhang, from Liu Shijun - yueshi sanshou, from Yang Luchan - taijiquan. On the base of yueshi sanshou he created eight sets of yueshi lianquan, on the base of using ji he modified the methods of spearfighting, on the base of baguazhang sanshou he created liushisi shou (64 hands).
Liu Fengchen (153 -1922)
Liu Fengchun (1853-1922) also was called "Zhuozhou Liu" ("Liu from Zhuozhou") and "cuihua Liu" ("turquoise Liu"). He was born in Zhuozhou, Hebei province. When he was 9 years, he started to study mizongquan and luohan shiba shou. At 1872 moved to Beijing, began to study baguazhang from Cheng Tinghua, later - from Dong Haichuan. Taught baguazhang in Beijing Sport institute.
Liu Xinhan
Ma Weiqi
From Beijing. Worked in coal shop, hence people called him "Mei Ma" ("Coal Ma"). He was a student of Dong Haichuan, demonstrated the art of using iron spear in front of the face of Great Prince Su. During training the jumping he injured his back, became ill and died when he was 29 years old.
