This fish will
often have a brown base color with a much darker horizontal
stripe running the length of it's body. There will usually
be a red tint to the fish (hence the Cherry in the name). The
fins are red in color. Sometimes there is a red splotch around
the eye region. It is quite easy to find them in the hobby.
These fish are small and peaceful, keep them with similar fish.
A community environment is preferred.
