Detailed Description:

This is a relatively unknown Arowana and will not often be seen in home aquariums due to it's size.
This fish is similar to other Arowanas in it's silver or shiny bronze color but it is slight different. It typically will have red spots on each scale and red spots on it's fins. As with other Arowanas these fish can jump and the owner should be aware. Make sure they have plenty of lateral swimming area. Also be careful not to startle the Spotted breed as they are very nervous fish and are easily stressed.

While being Carnivorous insects are usually preferred. Crickets are a favorite. Be careful when feeding because this fish can go into a frenzy and may mistake your fingers for food.

As with most Arowanas this breed is a mouth brooder.

Sexing is unknown though the male should have a larger mouth to accommodate babies.
