Hiko Seijuurou is the 13 th Master of the Hiten Mitsurugu Ryuu. He was Kenshin's Shishou. He's a bit arrogant, has a cool demeanor and conceited I guess. He was the one who saved Kenshin when he was just a little boy. He was the one who named him Kenshin, because Shinta was inappropriate for a swordsman. He then trained him to be the succesor of the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuu. When Kenshin was 14 he left Hiko to join the Bakumatsu. They didn't departed in good terms. Since then he became a potter under the name, Niitsu Kakunoshin he was very famous. At the Kyoto Arc, Kenshin came back to complete his training and even help to protect the Aoiya for him. He fought Fuji and won. He even gain some admirers there.
