Fancy Lala Info:

This 1998 Mahou Shoujo series has 26 episodes on 9 volumes of LDs. I am not sure about the number of the manga, but I have only found ISBN #'s for the 1st 2.
It was made by Studio Pierrot, as kind of a tribute to Creamy Mami on one of it's anniversaries. It seems that Bandai has picked it up. It was preceded by an OAV called Fashion Lala, which I have seen. It's actually quite simalar in style, and Mogu and Pigu appear in this one(the chracter designs are a bit different,though)My review is here
