The three Haliwell sisters reunites in their Victorian home in San Fransisco.Prue,the
oldest,Piper,the middle sisters and Phoebe,the youngest and free spirited.Phoebe chants 
a spell from the Book of Shadows in the attic,activating their powers.Prue has the power to 
move things through her eyes,Piper the power to freeze the time,and Phoebe,the power to see   
premonitions about the future. The Charmed One's mission is to protect and save the   
innocents,and battle enemies such as warlocks. Meanwhile,Piper discovers that her   
boyfriend, Jeremy,is a warlock,killing witches in San Fransisco. The three sisters   
                              vanquished him using the Power of Three spell.   

Prue regrets sleeping with Andy,during their first date,and avoids contact with him.  
Meanwhile,she gets a job at Bucklands.Piper in the other hand,had doubts if she would  
be struck by lightning if she enters a church.She thought she's a bad witch,but later,  
she realizes she's good.Phoebe falls onto Chavna's trap,a demon who feeds on  a woman's 
youth to maintain his well,youth. The New York photographer,Stefan,who is really Javna, 
asks Phoebe, "Are you a model?" He invited her for a photo shoot,and ofcourse,Phoebe  
goes for it. She realizes she's in trouble when she has a premonition of him sucking her 
life.But she was too late when she realized that,and Stefan carried her to his apartment.  
Prue and Piper came to the rescue,and Javna turns to dust.   

Victor Haliwell,the sister's long lost father came to visit.The other two sisters do not  
really remember him well,but Prue does.She keeps pointing out his mistake years ago,  
when he walked out of his family.The sisters came upon to the suspicion that their  
father wants to steal their Book of Shadows,considering the fact that their neighbors,  
are after them to. The sisters were invited to their neighbor's party, while their neighbors,  
who were really shape shifters, come to plot and steal the book,while the sisters party.  
But soon the sisters came, vanquished their shape shifters.But when everything becomes  
clear,their father again disappears ,just like before.  

Piper and Phoebe plots for Prue's surprise birthday party,and Phoebe lands a job  
as a psychic to buy a birthday gift for Prue;breaking her ritual of late birthday cards.  
While on duty,she saves a man's life  when she had a premonition about him getting  
hit by a car. Meanwhile,Prue becomes devastated when she spots Andy and his  
ex-wife in Quake. Piper meets a ghost,Mark,who was killed by a thug in his birthday. 
She helps him gain justice,and to throw Tony Wong [the thug] in jail.Also,they avoid  
Yamma,a demon who who sends soul without proper burial to hell. Piper fells inlove  
with Mark,but became heartbroken when it's time for him to go. After Mark's funeral,  
Prue was greeted by "Surprise!" when they reached the manor.She forgives Andy 
,and she was surprised Phoebe didn't give her another birthday card,like how she 
does every year.Prue says Phoebe saving a man's life is enough of a gift for her birthday. 

Piper and Phoebe casts a love spell to liven up their love lives.As a result,men,who  
are complete strangers, become inlove with the two.One of Phoebe's admirers,furious  
that  she has been ignoring them, came crashing to the manor.Piper and Phoebe,  
tired from all this commotion,learned their lesson and undo the love spell. Meawhile,  
after Prue rejects a man's offer of martini,she started getting dreams,nightmares. The  
man,who was really a Dream Sorcerer,kills women who rejects him, on their dreams.  
Prue crashes her car on a tree,and was sent to the hospital. With her sisters beside  
her hospital bed,Prue manages to use her powers on him,causing him to fall off a  
building in his dreams,causing him to die in real life.  

The sisters feel evil brewing when a priest dies before a high-society wedding that Piper  
is catering. Uncomfortable with the priest's mysterious death, Prue investigates a special  
knife that disappeared when he died. It appears the bride was responsible for the priests  
death and is a demon. This bride is not interested in eternal bliss but in creating more  
demonic offspring by putting the innocent groom under a spell to marry her. A  
supernatural fight ensues between the bride-to-be, her demonic wedding party and the  
Halliwell sisters. The demons have the magical knife that disappeared, and in the  
commotion, the spellbound groom ends up with the powerful weapon. The knife breaks  
the spell and the groom points the blade towards his former demonic fiancé and pals  
who get sucked into its point. During this maternal adventure Phoebe has a disturbing  
dream. Could Phoebe's dream about Piper carrying Jeremy's baby be just a nightmare  
or a premonition? He was, after all, her boyfriend for awhile before they realized he  
was a demon and destroyed him.  

Piper and Phoebe compete for the handyman's  attention (Leo).Meanwhile, Aviva,who is  
under Kali's spell,plots to steal the Haliwell's powers.Kali is a priestess, who appears  
in Aviva's mirror,hoping to use the teenager to get the Charmed One's powers.  
Aviva befriends Phoebe,who immediately gains her trust.Piper and Prue did not trust  
Aviva however,and made Phoebe come back to her senses. The sisters defeated Kali, 
and Aviva  becomes her ole self again.  

Prue comes upon a truth spell hoping to find information about a demon in  
Phoebe's premonition.She chants it,making the sisters say and hear the truth from  
each others mouths. Piper uses it to tell off her boss and to ask the handyman for a date.  
Truth is,Piper have never asked a guy before. Meanwhile,Phoebe uses the truth to ask  
Andy about the sudden killings in San Fransisco.They found out this demon came from  
the future and came here to destroy the people who would make a vaccine from warlocks,  
hoping to change the future. Prue uses the truth to find out what Andy's reaction would be  
if he found out she was a witch. Andy said that he couldn't make up his mind,and to give  
him time. But after the 24 hour time limit,everything is back to normal,and everyone who  
has been afected by the spell will have no memory of it,except  the sisters,ofcourse.  

After Prue set free a warlock from a locket,the warlock plots to plan a revenge of  
his imprisonment.Hannah and Rex,Prue's co-workers,help the warlock make his revenge.  
The warlock,who is known as Matthew Tate,has the ability to copy powers,once he  
copied the Charmed One's powers,he will be the most powerful. The Haliwell sisters  
summoned their ancestor,Melinda,to help concoct a potion to trap the warlock to the  
locket again.After his defeat,it was time to bring back Melinda.Meanwhile,Andy has  
caughts Prue stealing a feather from an owl,but Prue uses her magic to get away from  
him . 

Rex,who is really a warlock,frames Prue of stealing the Romanov tiara using astral  
projection.Meanwhile,Piper sleeps with Leo,her new boyfriend. Rex dates Phoebe to  
distract her from his plan. Andy  sents Prue to jail because of the evidences. The  
other sisters came to the rescue,freeing Prue from jail,yet encounters Rex again.He  
wants to get their powers in exchange from Prue not being sent to jail.The sisters  
releases their powers in a container,and gives it to Rex. Hannah,who is now in a  
form of a huge black cat wants to eat them alive.Before the cat leaps into them,Piper  
freezes the time.Surprised that they have their powers again,they defeated Rex and  
Hannah.Leo bids farewell to Piper,and as he left the manor,he turns into blue sparkles.  

Phoebe's exboyfriend,Clay,returns to auction an urn,which he had stolen in Egypt,with 
a curse.Meanwhile,Piper uses her magic to help a young man save his job,and to 
get the woman he wants to wed. Prue  saves the auction house,and founds out 
that the Egyptian urn was stolen. The guardian of the urn comes to kill Clay because 
of his selfishness.According to the Book of Shadows,he must do a selfless act to 
save himself from the bites of the snake. After his deed,the Guardian of the Urn 
disappears;as well as the urn itself.
