new to the charmed community and don't know where
to go? here are some places to get YOU started :)
message boards
mighty big tv- "they put the 'we can' in 'wiccan'" <--an actual quote from the website's Charmed section. So, if you too noticed that the special effects are cheap or the demons are very corny lookin', or if you simply want to say something utterly sarcastic, their message board is the *perfect* place.
fanforum- Another charmed board.. Posters are obsessed.
safesearching- holly and alyssa occasionally post here! (hmm..no shannen..) This is also the home of the obsessed charmed fans. Also, they have a fancy new UBB up.
Charmed @ AOL- you can only access this if you have AOL. Also, the posters' signatures all have these things: "Keeper of Piper's Kitchen Knife" "Keeper of Shannen's Painting Thingy" "Keeper of Phoebe's Karate Thingy That Lights Up When You Kick It And Stuff" in my opinion, it gets really annoying...
the Newsgroup- yep....your regular 'ole newsgroup.. with porn. but then again, almost all the message boards have 'em.
role playing games
RPGs, if you don't know about them, are really fun. First, you find a decent group at eGroups, then you pick a character you want to play. Like, if you want to be Piper, you will write and act like her.
Also, if you have AOL, there are chatrooms where you can RPG live. Just click on "Find Chat" then click on "Chatrooms created by AOL members" then just scroll through & you'll pretty much see a Charmed RPG here and there..
discussion groups, newsletters, etc.
charmed newsletter- boasts that it's the first club/newsletter/magazine type of thing. Has articles, episode guides, and all that sort of stuff (has comics too).But you can access them only if you join or susbcribe to their club thing.
websites, what else?
greenroomonline/Charmed- has 'top sites', a lot of links, news, etc.
charmingworld.com- one of those 'all info that you'll ever need about Charmed' kind of site that has like, virtually everything...
