Each Starstation and Starbase has an
Individual Captain or above assigned as it's overall commander. Under him are a
Chief Security Officer (CSO) and Chief Engineering Officer (CEO). It is the
responsibility of the Overall Station/Base Commander to fill those slots not
already filled with the best available and unassigned Commanders.
Bottom-Line? It's up to each and every Insurgent out
there to do their part in preserving this way of life. We do it through our
day-to -day lives and how we live them. To coin a phrase, "Adapt,
Improvise, and OVERCOME!" We of the Insurgency now elicit your help and
support in our adventure, bringing with you the exuberance and intensity
