Due to the large number of arzis that are received by email, it has become necessary to provide guidelines to enable them to be processed swiftly. These guidelines must be adhered to in order for them to be dealt with quickly and presented to al-Dai al-Fatimi, Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS):

1. The SUBJECT line must state clearly what the arzi is for.

Examples of appropriate titles are:

• Araz for name of child
• Raza to open a shop
• Araz for dua on occasion of ....
• Araz for dua for medical problems
• Raza for Hajj/ziyarat of Kerbela/Misr/Yemen/India

 2. At the end of the arzi text, the following information should be supplied in the order stated.

• City:
• Country:
• Mohalla/Ilaqa: (if applicable)
• Amilsaheb's name:

3. Arzis must only be sent to hawaij@alvazarat.org and not to any other address.

4. Attachments may be sent, but only in GIF or JPEG format.

5. For inquires pls send Mail with SUBJECT as "Inquiry Regarding ..."

Note that your araz may take time to be processed, so do NOT resend it.

Mail without an appropriate title may not be accepted.
