Tender Points are red dotted on this, it is called the three graces, not sure where it originally came from, but I see it on most Fibro sites... If you know who to give credit to please let me know!
Here is a basic list of symptoms. Some are a result of another and some are Myofascial Pain Syndrome symptoms. Not all people with Fibro have the same symptoms. Some people have really terrible symptoms and some are easier to live with. Everyone is different. I am not a doctor, just telling what I feel almost very day...
Bodywide Achiness, Carb Craving, Ringing in Ears, Bursitis, Restless Leg Syndrome, Hiatal Hernia, Dizziness, Breast Pain, Overgrowing Connective Tissue, Spots in Vision, Eye Pain, Cognitive Dysfunction, Menstrual Problems, IB/BS, Jumpy Muscles, Fatigue, Redness on Inner Thighs, Stomach Cramps, Shortness of Breath, Heat and Cold Sensitivity, Muscle Stiffness, Itchiness, Fluctuating Blood Pressure, Light Sensitivity, Chest Tightness, Migraines, Shakes, Esophageal Reflux, Hair Loss, Sweat Abundance, Numbness and Tingling, Low Grade Fever, Dry Cough, Back Pain, Chronic Headaches, Sciatia, Ear Pain, TMJ, Shocking Pain in Jaw, Bumps on Back of  Upper Arms and Back of Thighs, Delayed Muscle Pain after Moving or Using Muscles, Skin Mottling, Clumsiness and Forgetfulness... I think this covers most of them...
The main problem that I have is chronic pain, secondly would be cognitive dysfunction everything else follows closely. It is very hard to plan anything as I never know from day to day how I will feel. It is also hard to go places because of the Irritable Bowel. I know that most activity will bring pain later on, so I avoid things that I use to love like gardening and such things. I will not give into it by staying on the couch if I can help it. I try to live as normal as I can, attimes this in itself is most difficult. I feel like I pay for everything I do in pain. Knowing that all these things my children may suffer is the most difficult. I believe that I would have not had children if I had known that this could happen to them.  It helps tremendously to know that there are others that have the same difficulty that I do, even more so that others have reached what they call remission, there is hope however small that this will end one day....
