arp  View or update the Address Resolution Protocol tables 
finger  View the list of users logged on the network 
ftp  Invoke the file transfer protocol program 
ifconfig  View or configure network interface parameters 
mount  Mount a directory or filesystem onto the local file structure, or view a list of mounted directories or filesystems 
netstat  Display network statistics 
nfsstat  View statistics on NFS usage and configuration 
nslookup  Look up IP addresses and associated information through a Domain Name Server 
ping  Send an ICMP echo message to a remote system to test connectivity 
rlogin  Log in to a remote host 
rpcinfo  Display information about active processes 
ruptime  Display the total time a system has been functioning and its current load 
showmount  View all servers currently mounted 
spray  Send a batch of UDP datagrams to a remote system to check connectivity and throughput 
telnet  Log in to a remote host 
traceroute  Display messages from routers along the path of a set of test datagrams 
ypcat  Display the contents of a Network Information Service database
