Or does it? The UK has a powerful navy - if it makes it through the
first turn. Although, even if they keep their navy, their money
situation is in trouble from the start. It seems to me that the
Royal Navy does more damage to the Axis than the RAF, but if Germany
takes out the RN it's usually (Not always so keep a look out)just a
waste of money to try to rebuild it. One fact is undisputed though,
Africa needs to be defended. But so does India. What is the answer?
