What is Cooling System Bleeding & Flushing ?
it means to get the air and rust out of your cooling system !
When to do it ?
flushing : every 30000km
bleeding : whenever the car starts to overheat ( flushing is recommended too )
Tools needed >
12 mm wrench , 2 plastic bags ( will be used as covers ) , an extra person ( friend ) , fresh water ( if flushing ) , 5 Liters coolant ( if flushing ) .
Let's begin !
1. cover the marked places with any plastic sheets , bags ( starter , distributor )

2. turn on the car till it's fully heated ( fan comes at least once )
3. turn off the car and wait for 5 min and then using a peace of cloth open the radiator cap really slowly so the pressure decreases slowly and the water won't go into your face , slowly open it and remove the cap !
FOR BLEEDING :
1. prepare your 50/50 mixture .
2. ask your friend start the car
3. using 12 mm wrench unscrew the bleeding screw shown in pic below ! ( be gentle don't break it )

4. coolant will flow out of the screw , you will notice coolant level drops in the radiator ,add immediately your mixture and don't allow air to enter .
5. do it until you'll notice no bubbles coming out of the bleeding screw !( may there wasn't in the first place )
6. screw back the bleeding screw
7. Rev it high for a couple of times , and add coolant as necessary !
8. close radiator cap , turn off the engine !

5. do it until you'll notice that clear water coming out of the bleeding screw ! ( to increase the bleed flow ask your friend to keep it at 1500 rpm or higher .)
6. after the water is crystal clear begin adding the coolant , add your whole coolant tank ! leave some at the end ( 0.5 liters ) so you can add later )
7. screw back the bleeding screw without letting air to come into the cap .
8. Rev it high for a couple of times , and add coolant as necessary !
