I had the pleasure to meet with the first Grand Master after Masonry was restored in Hungary in 1989. He most graciously received me at his home and we had a chance to talk about the town, the country and, of course Masonry in Hungary. </div> <bR> <div> In the evening, Nicole and I met with René and Michelle Bonnefond whom I knew in Westville back in 1974/75 when René was working in Granton for Michelin. They took us for a tour of 'Budapest by Night' and invited us to a meal at one of the better Budapest eating places. Over an excellent bottle of wine and a copious meal we had a chance to get to know each other again after 25 years and to swap stories of the time in between.</div> </td> </tr></table></body>
