Granddaughter: Tilda Eliza Frida Ekengren Ulvaeus - Born Jan. 27, 2001

Agnetha's mother had a good singing voice but was shy about it.

Her father worked for the electric company and wrote sketches and couplets for local revues.

He wrote the words to Agnetha's song "En Sommar Med Dej" and she wrote the music.

"When I chose to put my children 1st it wasn't to escape to a safe cosy little

world. I tried to follow my heart and take responsibility for their lives, to see that they would get to grow up in a secure place in a world where they were often caught in the spotlight because of their parents fame. From the moment they

were born they were exposed to press curiousity."

Asked once if she ever spanked her children, Agnetha responded,

"No, I've never had any reason to spank them...on

the whole, I have never hit another human being."

She lives with Jens and Tilda in a new house on her mothers property.

Christian is a very private person and does not like to be in the public eye.
