Samuel Bickley (I) is the one of several children of Andrew Bickley and his wife Elizabeth. He was born in Shropshire. Samuel married Margaret Izon on 18 July, 1779 at Ellesmere, Shropshire and died in 1784.

Samuel Bickley (II) b.28 May, 1780 d. 1862
John Bickley b. 1782 d. 1818
