***Some Things To Think About***

Shooting stars
Starring at the moon, with the stillness of dark surrounding you. Everynight hoping for a shooting star for luck, for hope. When one night you see one and with it wish upon it for him to truly see you. As a pale breeze picks up blowing back your hair, you hope that your wishes and yours only are carried through. As you begin to walk you think 'is the only way for love through luck?' You ask yourself 'will i find "him", will he really love me?' Many people give up on love all together, Keep wishing on shooting stars, 4 leaf clovers, and wishing bones for the one you adore, because they just may be wishing for the same thing.

Have you ever noticed that the worst way to miss
someone is when they are right beside you and yet you
can never have them.....when the moment you can't feel
them under your fingertips you miss them?
Have you ever wondered which hurts the
most; saying something and wishing you had not, or
saying nothing and wishing you had? I guess the most
important things are the hardest things to say. They
are the things you get ashamed of because words
diminish them, words shrink things that seemed
timeless when they were in your head...to no more than
living size when they are brought out.... Don't be
afraid to tell someone you love them. If you do, they
might break your heart... but if you don't, you might
break theirs.

Have you ever decided not to become a
couple because you were so afraid of losing what you
already had with that person? Your heart decides who
it likes and who it doesn't. You can't tell your heart
what to do. It does it on its own.... when you least
suspect it, or even when you don't want it to.
Have you ever wanted to love someone with
everything you had, but that other person was too
afraid to let you? Too many of us stay walled because
the other person does not care as much, or at all.
Have you ever loved someone and they had
absolutely no idea whatsoever? Or fell for your
best-friend in the entire world, and then sat around
and watched him/her fall for someone else?
Have you ever denied your feelings for
someone because your fear of rejection was too hard to
handle? We tell lies when we are afraid.... afraid of
what we don't know, afraid of what others will think,
afraid of what will be found out about us. But every
time we tell a lie.... the thing we fear grows
stronger.

Life is all about risks and it requires
you to jump. Don't be a person who has to look back
and wonder what they would have, or could have had. No
one waits forever...

Love starts with a smile, grows with a kiss, and
ends with a tear.

Don't cry over anyone who won't cry over you.

If love isn't a game, why are there so many
players?

Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave,
and impossible to forget.

You can only go as far as you push.

The hardest thing to do is watch the one you love,
love somebody else.

Don't let the past hold you back, you're missing
the good stuff.

Life's short. If you don't look around once in a
while you might miss it.

A best friend is like a four leaf clover, hard to
find and lucky to have.

Some people make the world special just by being
in it.

Best friends are special siblings God gives us.

When it hurts to look back, and you're scared to
look ahead, you can look
beside you and your best friend will be there.

True friendship never ends.

Friends are forever.

Good friends are like stars....You don't always
see them, but you know they are always there.

Don't frown. You never know who is falling in love
with your smile.

What do you do when the only person who can make
you stop crying is the
person who made you cry?

Nobody is perfect until you fall in love with
them.

Everything is okay in the end. If it's not okay,
then it's not the end.

Most people walk in and out of you life, But only
friends leave
footprints in your heart.

*You find the real "use" of a basement which happens to be a bedroom window
*You need new clothes all the time
*You go to parties
*You go for "walks" to find guys
*You'll do just about anything for attention

YOU KNOW YOU'RE FROM ILLINOIS IF:
1. You've never met any celebrities.
2. Your idea of a traffic jam is ten cars waiting to pass a tractor on the highway.
3. "Vacation" means going to Six Flags.
4. You've seen all the biggest bands ten years after they were popular.
5. You measure distance in minutes.
6. You know several people who have hit a deer.
7. Your school classes were canceled because of cold.
8. Your school classes were canceled because of heat.
9. You've ridden the school bus for an hour each way.
10. You've ever had to switch from "heat" to "A/C" in the same day.

16. You end your sentences with an unnecessary preposition. Example:"Where's my coat at?" or "If you go to town I wanna go with."
17. All the festivals across the state are named after a fruit,vegetable, grain, or animal.
18. You install security lights on your house and garage and leave both unlocked.
19. You think of the major four food groups as beef, pork, beer,andJell-O salad with marshmallows.
20. You carry jumper cables in your car.
21. You know what "cow tipping" and "snipe hunting" is.
22. You only own 3 spices: salt, pepper, and ketchup.
23. You design your kid's Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit.
24. Driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled with snow.
25. You think everyone from a bigger city has an accent.
26. You think sexy lingerie is tube socks and a flannel nightie.
27. The local paper covers national and international headlines on one page but requires 6 pages for sports.
28. You think that deer season is a national holiday.
29. You know which leaves make good toilet paper.
30. You find -20 degrees F "a little chilly."
31. You know all 4 seasons: Almost Winter, Winter, Still Winter,and Construction.
32. You know if another Illinoian is from southern, middle or northern Illinois as soon as they open their mouth.
33. There is a Dairy Queen in every town with a population of 1000 or more.
